quality and value
This cables have worked nicely for my needs running 1440p at 240hz with HDR Freesync enabled and it works with 4k as well i just use 1440p for better fps they do cost a little more but seeing as display port 2.1 thats more than worth it even if you still have 1.4 monitor if your looking to get a new cable then future proof yourself with one of these for sure

Vesa certified dp 2.1 cable and it’s fine. Delivers uhbr20 no problem.If you want a longer cable, it’s difficult right now but I hear there are powered/active cables in the pipeline now Nvidia have plunged into 2.1
