I bought the 32-pack of Rosette in the growers pot for my bridal shower party favors. The first batch I ordered was delivered by Fedex upside down. Even though this product is boxed inside another box with paper stuffing to keep things from moving, you must realize that these are plants that are being shipped. If delivered by the Fedex upside down, despite labelling "Fragile" this is not the sellers fault.There was dirt all over the place when I opened the box. I pulled each of the plants out and put them on a tray to water them (again we are purchasing plants on-line so there is some allowance to be made for them needing a good water when they first arrive). There were a few that I could not use for my party as they lost some petals in transit.When I contacted the seller ([email protected]) they asked for some pictures of the damage and my order info. They then replaced the whole order! The second batch arrived within 48 hours and they were delivered upright. The plants were all in-tact and beautiful. I re-filled some of the soil from the first batch and watered them and they are now all doing great. (Note: I am replanting the other 10 that arent good enough to use for party favors because they will look great in my house when they grow back).My suggestions are:A) Order more than you need in case some don't make it in shipment.B) Order 10-14 days before you need them so you can water and clean them up a little (there will be some dirt that doesn't stay in the pots during shipment.C) Follow the care instructions on the sellers page when they arrive. Expect you will need to give them a little love.D) If you have any issues, reach out to customer service before you decide to leave a bad review. they are responsive and will fix any issues you have. ([email protected]) They are also providing a great product, conveniently, for a good price. I want to see them stay in business as I plan to use them for other events.

Bought these to pot for a shower favor. I was very impressed with the quality for ordering online. And the price was better than other websites or nurseries. I will definitely order these again if I need favors for something. Very impressed!

I received the order quickly but unfortunately 10 were in poor condition or even dead.*****I contacted seller and they quickly rectified the issue and sent 20 gorgeous succulents!!they were quick to respond and address my complaint excellent customer service! The plants are all now beautiful 🤩

We bought these for my daughter's wedding as favors. We bought them only a few days before and most of them (75%) died within 1-2 days of arriving. They were shipped in a closed box with no shipping instructions so the Amazon driver laid the box sideways, and all the dirt fell out. Driver would have had no idea it was plants inside that needed special attention. We had to throw a lot of them away as they were so dead we couldn't even put them out.

These mini succulents were a hit at our do-it-yourself succulent arrangement workshop! I always try to find succulents locally, but have purchased these as extra plants for crafts and events in the past. Certain varieties travel better than others, but this merchant offers an honest return policy. My go-to for last minute and larger events!

Arrived fast, and nicely packaged. None of the plants were damaged, which was very nice.I'm pretty dissappointed though. I ordered these for an activity at the senior living community I work at, and was looking for a variety of plants. I didn't assume I'd get exactly what was pictured, but I did think I'd get more than two varieties. And the two kinds I did get are very similar in appearance.Edit: I contacted the company to see about an exchange for more variety. I was responded to very quickly, professionally, and positively, and a second box was sent to me right away, which I appreciated. My first photo, of the first box (32 Pack), was taken after lifting the paper padding from on top of the plants. You'll noticed they are very nicely packaged, they are all snuggled in tightly and none are broken or tipped. The second and third images are from the second box (24), also taken after lifting the mass of paper strips out. This box was very clearly NOT packaged with the same care as the first. Two plants had the dirt completely dumped out, and several had paper strips UNDER the plants on the inside of the pots. Once I got them out, brushed off, and (in some cases) repotted, I was happy to see a nice variety of good-looking succulents! As my husband said "Oh, those actually look nice when they aren't just yeeted in the box like they were."In the end, I have what I need and was originally looking for when I ordered, my complaint was responded to quickly and to my satisfaction, but the inconsistent (or perhaps intentional) packaging might give some people pause on purchasing.

We used these little plants as a thank you to those that assisted with a sales training and they were so well received and so loved, people that didn't get one were disappointed. They held up well in shipping, cleaned off easily, and were transported to their little containers happily. We will definitely be return customers!

I ordered 64 succulents for my baby shower and I could not be more pleased and relieved with this purchase. I bought these succulents about 3 weeks before my event date anticipating that I would have to nurse some back to health. I could not have been more wrong. Every single plant was accounted for and every plant was healthy and vibrant. The only fear I had was keeping these plants alive for 3 weeks before my event. Succulents are relatively easy to care for and they all survived the 3 week waiting period and grew a bit in the process! I highly recommend this purchase for any event. If I were to have a do-over, I would definitely purchase a week or week and a half before my event!
