This is a game changer for me. I try everything. This supplement plus some brown noise to fall asleep has worked incredibly well - almost can’t believe it. And if I wake up I fall back to sleep quickly! Everyone has different sleep issues but I’d certainly give this a try!

My wife has a problem staying asleep through the night. The slow release melatonin and 5HTP definitely help her fall asleep and stay asleep. Leaves no grogginess in the morning either like others have at times. Definitely worth buying.

I find that when I am preparing for an event, or an outing I need to take a full pill because of the stress. I only need on a nightly basis just a half a pill, it tastes awful and hard to swallow. I wish they came out with smaller pills that way it is easier to swallow and I won't need to cut in half because of a smaller dose. I find that I can get 6 hours solid with half a pill, and a whole pill I still feel groggy when I wake up after 7 hours of sleep. I love this product. I am not dependant on it as some worry about any sleeping aid. I just have insomnia. So those that don't, but when stressed toss and turn all night, use this product if you feel you can't fall asleep.This product I give four stars, I will only use this product for sleeping even though it tastes awful and has sharp edges when cut in half and generally the pill is too big for me to try to swallow with just water.A full pill is generally not used by me because I like 6 hours of sleep.Hope my review was helpful and just because I take a half doesn't mean you have to.Also, the price is good and I like that it doesn't make one dependent if not an insomniac.

Used this because I’ve been having trouble sleeping. Worked strong for the first few nights, I slept soundly but waking up still tired. Now II’ve been using it for a few weeks and I’m sleeping soundly and waking up refreshed. Works great for me.

Helps me get a good sleep

The melatonin did not last very long and the release was even shorter time. Plus I had inching on and inside my hands. Did not test well at all!

I’ve tried all kinds of melatonin supplements. Usually they help me fall asleep initially, but not stay asleep. This stuff is potent! It helps me fall asleep about a half an hr after taking it, and I stay asleep all night. I actually have to cut these pills in half in order to be functional the next day. With other supplements I’d have to take double or triple the dose just to initially fall asleep. With this stuff I’m out the entire night, and I also love that it includes other supplements necessary for seratonin production. I have always been low on seratonin, and taken anti depressants since I was 11 years old. I never knew that melatonin is converted into seratonin, and my whole family are night owls. I don’t think I ever needed an anti depressants in the first place. I just didn’t make melatonin because I never got the right type of sleep. I could have avoided a lot of problems had my doctor approached my health from the perspective of, “what is missing from her brain chemistry” as opposed to, “what can we add to alter her brain chemistry”. This stuff is fantastic and I’m a buyer for life!
