Great unit
I only give this a 4 because part of the window installation kit was broken. I told them about it and they sent a new window kit so no harm no foul. I got this for my master bedroom to replace the window unit and it works great. The summer hasn’t hit yet but it cools my room in a matter of minutes

The media could not be loaded. Compressor made a terrible banging noise, so we very quickly shut it off. Will have to reach out to the seller or Amazon to deal with this. Very disappointing.

Don't buy.save your money save the headache
Well they sent me a remote with it. it didn't work it was all busted up on the side of the air conditioner and it was the wrong color it took me almost two weeks to get my money back

It would have been good if you did the painted properly. It just looks like it has been painted with paint over and over agine. still work fine. The description is incorrect. It was said to look like a brand new, but it was looks like a used
