Heavy Duty 1.5 ton 5 star ac in true sense
The media could not be loaded. It is a huge ac. Outdoor and indoor both are very big, as big as a normal 2 ton ac.Product :Quality is very good. Plastics, copper pipe, sheet metal, remote, everything gives a premium feel. Spend a few thousands extra than your regular 1.5 ton 5 star ac and get something exceptional in this Blue Star heavy duty unit. Finalised this after extensive research for a premium 1.5 ton ac.Wifi connectivity and operation is smooth.Noise level is very low.If the price comes below 45k then this would be absolute value for money product.Installation :Happened the same day of the delivery.Blue Star technician were not up to the mark and were careless in their work, I had to supervise the installation in terms of positioning the odu, idu, piping and wiring.They didn’t bring vaccum pump and were skipping vaccum activity of the system. Post my objection, they gave illogical reasoning of “self vaccum” (no such thing exists). Upon persistent pressure, they had to get the vaccum pump delivered from the service station and completed the process. Proper demo was not given and the technician asked me to get it arranged separately.Technician tried to overcharge stating increased installation prices (jacking prices of installation and materials such as electrical wire, drain pipe, etc).Advice :Please get the installation done under your observation. Don’t chill and relax while the process is being done else if there is any issue later then you’re going to suffer and not the technician.Blue Star as a brand is amazing and offers good quality products. Their commitment to customer service is good however, their technicians should be trained better and must not try to dupe the customer as it impacts the brand’s image.Will update the cooling performance details in hotter weather (since rn it’s not very hot in Noida - march)Update (3rdMay2025) -It's been 2 months since I have been using it. In true sense, it is a chilling machine. I mostly use it at 40% capacity for efficiency. The air throw is simply amazing. It easily covers my drawing room which is connected to kitchen and has minor outdoor openings such as the exhaust fan assembly. Despite all this, it brings down the temperature in 2-3 mins.The power consumption is generous.I never felt the need to use it at turbo mode as the cooling and air throw at that level is unbearable if you sit directly in the blower range. Any time you look at the AC, you're only going to admire it more!Such an amazing purchase *****

Worst service
I am totally disappointed with blue star service and installation team. Below mentioned my concerns,1. Service engineer came to home for installation at 6.40PM without proper prior information. After call from service team at 6.15pm we requested to come tomorrow but they forced to complete the activity today itself that to after 6.40PM without sun light and we don't have proper light facilities in top floor. Installation completed at 8.15PM it's not acceptable.2. Installation report says below mentioned activity carried out but nothing done by installation team.A, Status of Air gap or Utility hole filling by white cement/POP, this activity not done by installation teamB. Earthing check done done by installation teamC. the is no separate MCB check not done by installation teamInstallation team done only installation activity and powered ON the AC and they collected money and they left.3. Service team confirmed only 1500 rupees for installation and 350 for making hole for cable entry. But the installation team collected total 2350 rupees for installation , making hole and some tape.4. I have received email from blue star about Service report after installation. The Email say installation team collected zero INR and installation completed but they collected total 2350 indian rupees. I need a proper clarification for this matter.5. I discussed with service agency SCP agencies, they are saying it's a technical mobile issue and they are ready to provide manual bill. I know it's not a legal activity. This is totally not acceptable.5. I hope this is not a first installation for the service team and I am not happy with this service.We know blue start is a best company in large appliances manufacturing like AC but due to this service i am totally disappointed

Advanced Features, Affordable for a 5 Star Inverter A/C
Had the A/C fitted yesterday. Team sent by Blue Star was very professional and competent. (Many reviews mentioned a bad experience with installation. Thankfully, my experience was good) A/C appears to be more advanced than my other Daikin Inverter A/Cs. The cooling is very efficient for now when the outside temperature is 35 degrees. Shall have to see if it stays as effective in June when temperatures can go above 45. Will update review after the next billing cycle about its electricity consumption.

Best 5star AC with Wifi feature
It is very good AC at 40K segment. Easy to control from mobile and very useful features. I love the WiFi mode where you can switch on your AC before reaching to your home. The installation was too good and neat. Also the energy consumption is very very low in 40% capacity mode. Its just 35rs for 12 hr of usage as per real time consumption data in mobile app.I will my final energy bill once get the monthly readings. Also will give review after 1 month as well. Till no this is a great buy and reliable product.
