These definitely help with snoring, and it’s great that they have a large size. It doesn’t completely stop snoring but helps. You have to make sure you wash your face properly in the morning otherwise the adhesive residue can cause spots. These stay on nice and help open the airways

Transformed my sleep at night (from a sceptical buyer). I’ve been suffering with a stuffy nose which seems to be worse at night but as soon as you put the strip on, you breathe so much easier and you really notice the different when you remove it in the morning, instantly back to slightly stuffy and less easy to breathe clearly. The adhesive is super strong so I really don’t understand the reviews saying it fell off in the night. You really have to prize these things off. Perhaps if you have very oily skin but for me it says fixed all night. Not sure im going to ever sleep without these now.

Good quality, easy to apply. The first type of breathing strips I'd ever tried. I have a deviated septum, so used these to see if it would help the circulation of air through my nose (as I sometimes feel like I have a blocked nose, which I assume is down to that). When I ordered the item, I actually ended up receiving a 'large' instead of a 'medium'... because I changed from 'clear' to 'original', so I've not allowed that to impact my review/rating of the product, as it's my fault, really. It's just a shame Amazon doesn't warn you that changing the colour will change the size (something to watch for). Despite the size irregularity (large instead of medium), as soon as I applied my first strip, I instantly felt my nasal passage open (without feeling like it was being forced open), so had that 'breath of fresh air' feeling. Makes me wonder if the strip sizes actually do matter, or if a medium strip would have even more of an impact on me. Either that, or maybe I do have a large nose, hmm haha. Aside from one strip, I only wore them in the evening/at night, so got maximum use out of them. Quite easy to remove in the morning (don't rush, unless you want to wax the outside of your nose!) but even easier to remove in the shower. The only reason I didn't give it 5*, as with any of these strips, is that I find it ludicrous they cost so much for only 10 strips(!). It has to be said, some brands are even more expensive (I believe this one is endorsed by the British Snoring & Sleep Apnoea Association, hence why I chose them over other brands).

I got these hoping for a big improvement in my breathing at night, but honestly, they’re just okay. They do open up my nose slightly, but not as much as I expected, and they don’t make a huge difference in my sleep quality. They stick well and stay on all night, which is good, but removing them can be uncomfortable and leaves a bit of redness. They might help a little with snoring, but I wouldn’t call them a miracle fix. ✔ Pros: ✅ Easy to apply ✅ Stay in place all night ✅ Might help a bit with snoring ✖ Cons: ❌ Not a massive improvement – I expected better results ❌ A bit uncomfortable to take off ❌ Expensive for what they do They do something, but not enough to justify the price. If you have serious congestion issues, they might help a bit, but I wouldn’t say they’re life-changing. Just okay, nothing special

This product (Beige colour) is faulty - the glue on these strips is far too strong. I purchased these for my mum and after using the first one she struggled to remove it and when she finally did it peeled the skin off her nose(!) She has used the clear versions of this brand before and said the glue on those is fine. The pack I received is dangerous and not fit for purpose. Reached out to seller for a return or refund but have so far received no response.

I was quite sceptical about these nasal strips but I am blown away by the instant relief I felt! Incredible. I think I will end up wanting to wear it all the time now hahaa.

In my experience breathe right strips are one of the best they've got a nice strong adhesive They're easy to use and give me a better quality sleep then if I wasn't using them
