Treated myself - so it will help with making Sourdough - and obviously lots of savory casseroles and "one pot" dishes. Love the fact I can use it on my induction hob for the pre-prep work and then pop into the oven. Used it once so far, and did the job and super easy to clean. Definitely top end of range but it's the only pot I own and it was last and last for years. Very satisfied customer.

Absoulutely brilliant casserole. Huge 6L capacity but half the weight of a pyrex cast iron casserole I already had. Cleans really easily by hand or dishwasher. Would definitely be buying more!!

Looks beautiful. Cooks beautifully. Cannot recommend more highly.

Ho subito cucinato uno stracotto con ben 6 ore di cottura con risultati eccezionali perché si richiedeva una cottura lenta e prolungata. I profumi sono stati esaltati dalla perfetta tenuta. Il fondo della pentola era perfetto nonostante non fosse mai stato mescolato. La pentola dopo il lavaggio appariva come nuova.Le aspettative sulla qualità sono state ampiamente soddisfatte. Spedizione perfetta e puntuale.

È molto bella ... Pesantissima cuscino tutto dentro così non la metto via .. La tengo sempre sopra i fornelli .. Molto comoda anche se pesante ormai ho tutto della creuset .. Mi sto abituando a usare anche i muscoli in cucina ..

Super qualité le creuset

What can I say, Le Creuset is the best cookware on the market. This large Dutch Oven is a great crowd pleaser for pulled pork, or any other large cut of meat. Cleaning is a snap. I have had Le Creuset cookware since 1990, they still look immaculate and cook the same as the day they were purchased. The quality is superior.

This is really big. I got it on line, and likely would not have if I were holding it. But it is lovely and it has a very large capacity. I will use it some, for sure, but I went to Williams Sonoma and bought a large, but not giant Le Creuset pot. It will get more use. I am a 6' male, former athlete, so I can manage this pot when it is full. But it would be very heavy for many people and full of hot liquid perhaps not very safe to carry. Nearly 4 gallon capacity plus a very heavy cast iron pot and lid, this gets the weight up there. So now I own a baby Dutch oven, a huge one and a medium size one. All look good, but the 7 1/4 quart size is my suggestion if you only want to buy one. Of course, if you have a family of 6 or 7, maybe this is perfect.
