Was a gift for my grandson. He loved the book

I've loved the Legend of Zelda series since the original game, which I played as a kid. The Twilight Princess game was a great gritty and realistic (or as realistic as a fantasy game can get) telling of a Legend of Zelda game. This manga is a great retelling of that game. It gives a bit of back story to each of the characters that was missing from the game and provides Link a bit of depth that is lost in the game due to his being a silent character (that's right Link finally found his voice). While I'm sure that the game's story writers didn't originally see the story in this way (while I'm sure they approved after seeing this view), I'm sure that they would change it to be more like this. I strongly suggest this series for any Legend of Zelda fan.

I got attached to and emotionally invested in Link like an idiot and every single one of these mangas makes me progressively sadderAmazing book 10/10 would cry about againOnly thing is I feel like the age rating should be higher, there’s some DARK stuff in this series…

Artwork is very well done and the story is very engaging. Bought the whole series from Ocarina to Twilight as a beginning manga for my son so he could start getting into manga and gaming.

We are very pleased that both our Granddaughters are avid readers and the Zelda series of books are one that our oldest Granddaughter continues to ask for and sometimes purchases with her own funds. I can't really say much about the books since I have never read any of them but the fact our Granddaughter continues to read them is a good indication that the content is very interesting.

These are the actual manga books and not a little thin comic book. My 9 year old son loved reading them.

I already played Twilight Princess, so some parts are predictable, but... I love how Himekawa added more lore and story to characters not seen in-game. For example, in-game we knew that Ilia had disappeared, but didn’t know what happened to her within that time. And the cliffhanger at the keeps you at the edge of your seat!I totally recommend this for Zelda fans. 9/10
