This is a great option when you are looking for high protein, low calorie after a workout. Mine came as described, with regards to protein content. It's tart but tastes pleasant to me. Great alternative to creamy protein shakes.

This is a GREAT protein/electrolyte drink that cannot be beat as far as taste! And I am basically leaving the same review for the Orange, which is great, but not as good as this flavor.Pros:Great flavorHigh Protein (not soy!)Low CalorieHelps slow insulin release if eating carbs with itStevia rather than aspartame, sucralose or the 'tols...Cons:None I can think of except price. It's expensive, and you will pay for the convenience of not having to down chalky protein powders.Highly recommend this and orange, but do NOT get the lemon flavor. That one tastes like chemicals.

This is the second and last time I have bought this product. The product page states and shows that the product has 20 grams of protein as did my first order. As you can see in the pictures I was not sent what I paid for, will not be ordering again. It’s a shame because the product tastes fine, I think it’s a great alternative to Isopure. I was willing at one time to pay the higher price for Isopure, then they made the bottles smaller with 36 grams of protein instead of 40 grams. I’m going back to shakes.

I love the economy of it and the big pack. The taste is a little off putting tho. Feels like almost a slight detergeant taste. I mix it with other sugar free lemonade for that reason.

The good side is that this is clear and light. It's nice to have protein that isn't chunky or creamy. That being said, it has this weird sunscreen taste.
