I got a few of these dolls on sale so I didn't expect too much but they're actually really cute. My niece seemed excited to get them out and play with them.

The toy is in perfect condition. Code worked too.

The code didn't work. I got a refund because Amazon support is amazing but jazwares is terrible. Please don't buy this doll find another one. It's not worth the amount of hassle.

Got it when it was very on sale. The code worked but the plastic was almost completely ripped off from the back cardboard by the time it got here.

UPDATE: After many interactions with Jazwares customer service, they finally rectified the issue by contacting Roblox. The virtual item has now been repaired and my daughter is able to use it. While it shouldn't have taken so many escalations for such a simple fix, I am changing the review to 4 stars as the virtual item is now working as promised. We are extremely disappointed with this toy and the non-functional code that was supposed to provide the virtual item. I even reached out to Jazwares directly in hopes they would rectify the issue, but their response was essentially that it wasn’t their problem—even though they are the manufacturer and included the virtual item as part of the product’s marketing. I was told to contact Roblox or the retailer instead. It is unacceptable that consumers or retailers should bear the cost of Jazwares’ lack of accountability for their own product. This was purchased as a birthday gift for my daughter, who is an avid Roblox player and was most excited about receiving the promised virtual fairy wings. Instead, she was left disappointed, and we were left with the impression that Jazwares does not stand behind what it sells.
