Love it
My niece loves this book. It really is a good book. She loves turning the pages. It isn't really thick but it's thick enough that I don't see it getting torn apart anytime soon. Definitely a positive book for any little girl.

What an empowering fun book!
This Book has such a positive message. I wish the Book itself was a better quality. The pages are easy to bend. My one and a half year-old granddaughter loves the pictures and loves learning the ABC’s.

Vice president
I really wanted to love this book…actually I do love it, but I thought it was just a girl power book. I found that V is for Vice President is clearly a picture of Kamala Harris…do I have an issue with that? NO! (President would have been better) the bigger issue is I was buying this for my super conservation sister’s granddaughter 🙄 and I know they will trash it as soon as they see it. If my own daughter was younger, we would be keeping it! so just an FYI these are the jobs.A astronautB botanistC chefD deep sea diverE engineerF firefighterG gymnastH hairstylistI interior designerJ judgeK keyboardistL librarianM mechanicN neurosurgeonO optometristP pilotQ quantum PhysicistR refereeS software engineerT teacherU un ambassadorV vice presidentW writerX x-ray technicianY yogi instructorZ zoologist

All pages fine
I was worried because so many reviews comment on pages missing or stuck together. My copy was in excellent condition. Great occupations discussed with great illustrations. I will give this to my 3 year old granddaughter - I think she will love it.

Love!
Love this book! So many good professions and love that N was for neurosurgeon instead of the classic nurse! (Love nurses, but N is alwayssss did nurse in little girl books)

It's X-ray Technologist
This book is one of my daughter's favorites. We bring it it everywhere. I love that it includes a lot of male-dominated professions in it and tells girls they can do it too. It includes STEM careers, arts, athletics, etc. The women in the illustrations are from all walks of life. I also have the "What Can He Be" for my son. I like that the boys' book includes female-dominated careers like ballet and nursing. My one and only complaint about this book is the X. I'm an x-ray tech and the "tech" is short for technologist, not technician. I was really excited to see my profession represented for my kids to see, and I know it sounds trivial, but words matter and there is a difference. We go to school, we have a degree, and a license. We take board exams, too, to earn that license after graduation. We work with radiation all day, every day, and our work is a lot more complex than people realize. We are radiologic, or x-ray, technologists.
