Two of the eight hangers are too small to attach to the neck of a pint size Kerr jar. After struggling for an hour, I gave up. These are cute, but it was a foolish error to save money by chintzing on the wire hanger. The $$$ saved on that 1/4 inch of wire makes this cute product a frustrating experience!

Love these! Bought to use for my daughters upcoming wedding! So we tried them on small/regular mouth mason jars! The lids fit perfectly! lights work perfectly! They look brighter the smaller the jar, but either way very sweet! The hangers had to be reworked by my husband to fit either the 24oz or 16oz jars... but slip right over the straight 4 & 8 oz jelly jars.. you may need to secure w/clear cape since the slip right in the hangers so they can potentially slip right out, But was super easier to put on! Love these!

We made my daughter a big tree swing out of a repurposed pallet and hung these on the "ceiling". They are so totally perfect! They don't need any sort of cord, which would have been hard to deal with considering our purpose. Plus, the jars are weather proof. They've been up for about two weeks, and we've had at least three severe thunderstorms in that time. No issues at all. I love that they come on automatically every night, and they don't cost anything to run. I was worried that they wouldn't charge, since they are under a tree, but they light up reliably every night. Even after a cloudy day. I definitely recommend these!

I wanted to hang my mason jar on the wall as a wall light deco for a special event. but the hanger they sent me does not fit to any kind of standard jars. I have tried to put it from small size to medium size mason jar. and it never fit. the hanger is too small. impossible to hook around the jar and hang it on the wall. there was a better deal from other sellers, the only reason I chose from this seller was the light string comes with hangers. i wish i placed an order from a different seller. now i cant use hanger, and my event is coming up soon, i have to make the hanger my own sigh..

Have to edit my review because I'm dumb and maybe others will make my same mistake. THESE ONLY TURN ON ONCE THEY'RE IN THE DARK. If light is hitting the solar panels, the lights go off. If no light hits the panel, then the lights can turn on. Sorry for the earlier bad review that was a result of my ignorance and user error.I bought these a little while back and am just finally setting them up. I unwound the light-wire (a little fussy but fine) and removed the tab that keeps the battery from running out during shipping and turned the switch to on. If I press down on the compartment that holds the battery/circuit, the whole string lights up and they look great. But without that pressure the lights don't work. I can sometimes get them to light if I hold the lid at a certain angle or press from the side. Basically it seems like the circuit/connections are not quite tight enough. I suppose you get what you pay for but it's disappointing. Can't decide if I should fuss with them or send them back. Urg. I wish things worked as advertised.

The lights are cute, the lid goes on fine. But I got them to hang around my yard and the hook does not actually fit around the lid of a mason jar. It’s just a bit too small to fit the neck of the jar or around the lid itself. I have standard Ball jars with the narrow mouth.I specifically wanted to hang them in the trees in my backyard, so the fairy lights themselves look cute, but not being about to hang them just takes it down a notch.

My wife and I both like these canning jar lights. The ones we had before let the water in some and eventualy quit because theuy were wet inside. These new ones suposedly are more water proof. Well, monsoon season is right around the corner and we will see then. In te mean time, we will enjoy the extra ambience they provide,

These are so pretty in silvered mason jars. I’m going to put the center of canning lids over the solar panel so I can use inside as table centerpiece (after charging in the sun). Perfect! Very happy with the purchase.
