As someone who has lived with the sharp tooth sensitivity, I am a looking for a gentle mouthwash for my sensitive teeth. My dentist recommend this mouth wash to me. So I decided to give a try. I have been consistently using it twice a day. And I am able to see the relief. After just a few uses, I noticed that my teeth felt less reactive to cold, heat, and even sweets. I like its ingredient potassium oxalate which is used for sensitive teeth. The mint flavor is refreshingly mild. The taste is not the best one I have, but I can take it. It’s well worth it for the comfort it brings.I will continue use it day and night and from now on I can enjoy my favorite treats and ice cream again without wincing. I highly recommend this mouthwash which has sensitive teeth as me.

I was already brushing with sensitivity toothpaste, but it wasn’t enough. What really pushed me over the edge was not being able to enjoy my favorite ice cream anymore. Every time I took a bite, it felt like an electric shock in my molars. I started using it every night before bed. The taste is minty, and I love that it doesn’t leave that dry or stinging feeling like some rinses do. It’s got more of a smooth, soothing feel, which was a nice surprise.After about a few weeks of use, I could drink cold stuff without that sharp nerve pain kicking in, and I wasn’t avoiding yogurt or fruit from the fridge anymore. Still not 100% pain-free, but way more manageable. If you’re expecting overnight results, this probably isn’t it. But if you’re willing to stick with it, it really helps. I’ve worked it into my daily routine and honestly won’t go back to just relying on toothpaste alone. And yes—ice cream is finally back in my life.

Good product, but I don't know whose fault it would be, but it arrived with a badly cracked lid and was leaking inside the mailing package. Will not be able to use the cap for measuring out the dosage. Other than that it is suitable.

My dentist recommended this brand and it really does help with sensitivity, even when I only use it once a day. And thankfully it does not taste like wintergreen which I have a deep aversion to. No alcohol so it doesn't burn. Will continue to buy.

This definitely helped with my gums. My gums have been very sensitive to cold since I got some fillings. This mouthwash helped.
