Wow - Great Glamping Tent - First Impressions!
I'm 74, and semiretired, so I want to get back into camping. After months of looking at all the options there are for tents, I decided I wanted something substantial - more of a glamping tent or basecamp. When I saw inflatable tents I did my research and decided maybe they would be a good option. But there are so many choices, and most of the reviews are mixed or just not very helpful. Finally based on materials and ease of setup I bought the 10 x 10 KNUO inflatable tent. I was pretty excited when it arrived, until I lifted it. This tent is HEAVY and a bit unwieldy - about 66 lbs, prompting me to buy a cart to haul it in. Unboxing it however was a treat. It does in a big bag, and has a smaller very strong bag inside holding the tent, pump and stakes. It does not come with anything more than the sketchiest of instructions (inside the bag), but there isn't too much to worry about. I spread the tent out in my backyard, attached the hose to the pump and screwed it into the inflation port, which looked solidly built into the tent. It took about 7 minutes to pump up, lifting and spreading it out until it reached the 7 psi recommended on the pump gauge. I'm a bit lazy and may get a portable inflator but hey, I can use the exercise. With a bit of help it popped up nicely and is absolutely what I wanted. It is gorgeous. The material is the thickest I have ever seen on a tent. I believe the 1600 Oxford cloth claim. it is very nice, feels strong, and the tub floor is great. After a day it was still perfectly inflated, and I didn't want to leave it up. It has a ring set inside so you can string a line up across the length or the tent, or attach to one of the 3 rings. The doors and screens have easy to use holdbacks when you want them open, and the zippers feel very good quality at first glance. I am really excited to take this out boon docking or national park camping. I will report back later with an update on waterproofing and actual use. I seriously love this tent so far - and feel it is a great deal.

Excellent tent for quick easy set up...
I had seen several videos of people using these. With a trip to West Texas planned I pulled the trigger and purchased the 10 x 10. I had thought about inviting some other family but held off to see how this trip went. It arrived on time, and I set it up in the back yard to make sure I could do it by myself. It went up quick with a battery powered air pump. But then it stalled. So, I used the included massive manual air pump, and it finished off pretty quick. Very impressed with the quality of the materials and design of the support air columns & beams. So, I arrived at the Horsehead Crossing Celebration on the Pecos river. It didn't take long for fellow campers to notice what I was using to camp in. Lots of questions and spot visits to see the exterior and interior. One observer said he counted 30 times I pumped with the included air pump. Before I walked around and the tent started arising. The questions were always where I purchased it and how much? If you know West Texas, the winds can get pretty strong. I didn't put up the rain guard because I was worried about being blown away with it. The tent itself held up very well. I just collected a lot of dust during those 3 days & nights. I would recommend this tent, and I don't have any regrets. As for longevity & water proofness I don't' know yet. As for the trip it was a blast, I felt like I had stepped back to the 1880's of Texas. I definitely plan on being back next year with this tent!

Roomy and Easy to set up
I wasn't sure what to expect with this product, but I was pleasantly surprised with both the quality and the thoughtful design. Weighing in at a hefty 66 lbs it is not a backpacking tent. It comes in a large bag made of the same oxford as the tent, and then again inside a larger PVC bag. Aftertaking it back down it fit into both without much effort. The included pump needed about 150 strokes to fully inflate, but once done it stayed inflated and was quite rigid and strong. The floor is reinforced with PVC and is the most robust tent floor I have seen. All hardware and lines were included, though I upgraded the tent pegs to ones with handles that are much easier to get back out of the ground. Lots of wndows provide ventilation and thjere is both a stove vent and an ac vent provided. Little details like the straps to hold open the window flaps are well designed and work easily. If you are looking for space, ease of use, and durable quality this tent will meet your needs.

Best little tent ever!
We love this tent! I'm a woman at retirement age, and I can set this up and take it down by myself. The hardest part of the process is getting it back into the bag, but it's doable if you fold it squarely. It's also heavy to carry, but quite manageable. I can blow this up with the provided hand pump in under two minutes. Taking it down came as quite a surprise, as the air rushed out forcefully in under 3 seconds! There were no setup-takedown directions, so maybe there's a better way. Our first night out provided proof of leak-proof protection as we endured a thunderstorm at the beach. Held up well, and it felt more secure than many of the other tents we've had. One drawback is the tent flaps being on the outside. I made simple tie-back curtains for the inside and used stick-on Velcro to hold them in place. Our tent is the 10x7, and it's the perfect size for two large cots, with plenty of room in between. We actually fit two camping mats in between the cots one of the nights. I would have rated these five stars, minus the flaps on the outside. Oh, a warning - the first time I blew it up, the peak of the tent got stuck down in the middle. Thinking I would help it along, I gave it a little push, which landed me a Mike Tyson punch to the head. That air is powerful - beware! My husband was videotaping me for the review when the camera stopped just as I got hit. Have fun!
