Nice taste.
Nice mustard taste, not too strong. Bites are a bit too crunchy for me though. (I have some dental issues) The rest of my family has no issues.

VERY YUMMY BUT NOT VERY "MUSTARDY"
I would buy these again, but I would personally prefer more of a mustard taste. By the way, shake the bag to distribute the salts/seasonings and you will love it even more.
