The product had some minor damage and the seller offered me the opportunity to return it or take a discount. I chose the discount since the damage doesn’t affect the way it works. So far it holds consistent temperature and humidity. I had purchased 50 cigars of different sizes to put in this humidor. They all fit and I have plenty of room to add to my collection. You can barely hear it run. Overall I am very happy with this product.

Indicators on front of humidor are not anywhere near accurate. The temperature reading is three degrees too high. (Reads 71 degrees F when temperature in humidor is actually 68. And the Humidity reading is way too low. When the humidity in the humidor is at 71%, it reads 64%. If you buy this humidor, buy an electronic hygrometer to go with it and keep it where you can see it. It takes some fiddling with the settings to get it right where it needs to be. After you get it seasoned and the settings correct, it does a good job of preserving your cigars. Edit: Lily at Velvet reached out to me and the problem was resolved. She did a great job of communicating with me and getting the engineers involved to correct the issue. Therefore I am changing the rating to a 5 star.

Let me say, at first I had issues with the machine as I could not get the right temperature and humidity level. I started a return with Amazon, the company reached out to me and help me figure out the problem. It ended up being a calibration issue which they walked me through how to fix. lily than you, humidor is working perfectly now.

Received this humidor a few weeks ago and I love it! It arrived in perfect condition due to the excellent packaging, was easy to set up, and works perfectly! I love the blue LED lighting, and the water box lasts a long time without needing to be refilled. This is a perfect upgrade to my wood humidor that took a lot of effort to maintain the right humidity. The 35L size is not too big, yet stores over 100 cigars.

Works as described. Would like to be able to calibrate the settings. I have 4 other monitors inside. The humidor usually differs by on up to 5 degrees or 5% humidity. I've just adjusted the presets. It's much easier than other options and the appearance is nicer than anticipated. Nice little unit that holds my cigars well. Would and have recommended.
