1st Step Pro-Wellness Liquid Multi-Vitamin and Mineral Supplement, Citrus Burst, 16-Ounce Bottles

I got this right as I was getting in the door from a very grueling workout. Shakey, I managed to tear open the box, shake up the bottle, and shoot an ounce. I was afraid I would gag from the taste, but it was actually very good and I think I actually -like- the taste. I wouldn't mind mixing this with some orange juice or even just some water.As I was making my lunch I felt a second wind. Since this was the first thing I ate today, I'm certain it came from that shot of energy and vitamins. I felt like I could suddenly take a breather after the harsh workout, I could eat my lunch calmly instead of shoveling it in.This stuff has just become part of my staple diet. I've looked into ordering it many times in the past but never did. Now I don't know why it took me so long. Stop using multivitamin pills. Get this stuff. I dare you to not want more than one shot of it a day.The packaging for this product has changed, by the way. I'm not sure how to add a picture, but this now comes in a yellow bottle, the same shape and design as the one shown. The sticker is green with a picture of a bunch of citrus fruit... or an alien star system. I'm not sure.

I have a very hard time taking multivitamins in pill form and often wound up taking lots of vitamin tablets trying to get a good 'multi' mix. I found this liquid in a local store when buying their version of B-12. It's easy to take, doesn't taste awful and has a good amount of the vitamins I was looking for. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is the price, although, considering it's saving me from buying and storing a bunch of different vitamins and bottles, it may not be so bad. However, be aware, that depending upon how you 'squeeze' to get your level in the cup, it may not last for a month or 30 doses.

After trying different liquid vitamin supplement this is the less yaky tasting,I talk only about the taste as the content is within the expected replacement values and the difference between compounds is really how disgusting actually they are to swallow.,after all what good will do if the content is perfect but cannot drink it without feeling nausea?On the other hand doubt any body will benefit from my assessment as taste is so personal,so here is my parting words,after getting sick with other preps I can tolerate this one,also I like the measure system,is like the type used in automotive liquids like gas additives so make sure you do not mix the containers,good appetite and good luck.

I am very disappointed. I have been buying the 1st Step Pro-Wellness Liquid Vitamins for well over a year now. I even recently started ordering extra for my grandson to take. We both liked the formula and the way the bottle was designed to dispense the vitamins. However, with this most recent order, the packaging and formula was changed without notice to the customers. Now the photo of the product is shown as it is at this time, but when I ordered it was still showing the old design. With this design I have to pour the dosage myself, which is not difficult, but is not as easy as the former design. The formula has changed so that the percentage amount of vitamins and minerals is not as it was before. Previously the taste was very pleasant, but not the taste is very medicinal. I will not be purchasing this product again.

This liquid multivitamin has honestly changed my life! For the bast 5 years I have had no energy and felt sluggish and awful everyday. I was even diagnosed with Lyme disease by one doctor but another said I was perfectly fine. I do not completely understand what about this product gives me energy and makes me feel like an actual living human being (because I’ve taken multi vitamins before and it did not help) but I am super thankful I found it!P.S. I first bought this at smoothie king and then purchased here when I ran out and I do agree with the reviews that say it does not taste as good but I have not noticed any difference in quality other than that.

A relative recommended this years ago. I tried out and instantly had allergy relief, increased energy, shorter weaker cold symptoms. It was the perfect supplement. But then the quality started to deteriorate. My last $35 dollar order didn't arrive. This happened a few years ago but it still stings. Give me my money back.

This mutli vitamin liquid is probably the only vitamin supliment I have actually felt a significant improvement in energy. I have tried several others including those green powders and what not and they actually usually make me feel worse. Its convenient as it has a measured top where you just give it a squeeze then drink that shot for the day and thats it. very simple and its effective. of course it has the big advantage over pills and capsules of being liquid so your actually absorbing the nutrients. with those hard vitamin pills you usually only absorb 20 percent of the nutrients then you poop the rest of the pill out. sorry to be graphic but its a proven scientific fact.

Love the idea of a multi vitamin shot. We used this brand when i played college ball so i thought i would try them again. The taste isn't bad and the built in measuring cup is awesome. I found 2 bottle for under $20 on amazon and now the price jumped to $35. The price jump kept me from reordering.
