Excellent device makes my life so much easier as I don’t have to clean my home. It just cleans spot less as it has the mop and vacuum function. Great purchase.

Before I bought this i thought it was insane to spend this much on a robot vacuum cleaner, but this exceeded all my expectations. Everything is super well designed, one of the few products I can't even come up with an improved design for. It's incredibly effective, easy to use, cleans better than I do, and it's probably the best thing I've purchased. It really improves my living, I'm able to get it to clean my downstairs on my journey home when I'm bringing unexpected company, I'm finding myself spending time wiping down tables etc and just knocking the dirt on the floor before going to bed, knowing that the morning scheduled clean will pick it up, I don't feel bad cooking/preparing food right after cleaning because I can simply call the vacuum to clean only the area I'm in. It's also kind of fun to just drive around with the remote control feature too. The only issues I've had is its drive is not powerful enough to push my doors open (my bathroom door can block the hallway for it), and once or twice it got jammed sucking up something that came in the mail, but it's still orders of magnitude better than cleaning myself. My life is so much better after buying it. I just hope it lasts a long time!

I wish I had bought one sooner. I was worried that it would be a waste of money and not do a good job. I live in a flat with dogs and was cleaning the floor almost everyday. It does a great job and the flat looks clean. I set it off and take the dogs for a walk and when I get back the floor is clean. It saves me time and the flat looks cleaner now. Well worth the purchase. I did buy it on the Black Friday sale.

We have 3600 sq feet tiled floor. One level, 3 dogs that drop a lot of hair. The Roborock is a revelation. You can set it to vacuum on different settings for different rooms, same with the wash, including intense wash for dirtier areas. The app is detailed, you need to spend a bit of time on it, but you can edit spaces, hide zones you don’t want cleaned. You can separate open plan spaces. It doesn’t bang into anything, goes under furniture and gently nudges open a door if it’s left slightly ajar. It empties itself, washes itself and charges itself. Out floors are spotless!

I’ve only owned this for a month but am very pleased with it. I was worried the vibrating mop wouldn’t be as good as a spinning one but it cleans very well. The caveat is that I set it to intensively vacuum the whole floor then intensively mop and wash its mops every 10m2. These settings mean it takes 4-5 hours to clean the 90m2 downstairs of our house - that’s a long time but we’re not doing the manual work and as long as you set it up to work when you’re out it’s not a nuisance. You do have to fill and empty the fresh and waste water containers 2-3 times a week on these intensive settings. It is however a quick and quite satisfying job. The vacuum is very good on hard floor (most of my house) and ok on carpet. Our dogs and children play on the beach and bring most of it back to the house. Our hard floor (engineered wood and slate) has never felt so clean under barefeet. Our medium pile rugs look good but deeper dust and sand will stay behind as evidenced in the canister of a stick vacuum used following the Saros 10’s run. I have it on the lowest level of obstacle avoidance which seems fine but we pick up toys and also lift the dining chairs a couple of times a week to give it an easier life. I can’t comment on longevity. Seems well put together. Consumables seem a higher priced compared to others. I payed £799.

I had been saving ages to buy the Saros 10. After reading numerous reviews on Youtube I went ahead and purchased it. Out of the box the experience was amazing. The Robot had been working great for 2 weeks. On the 3rd week I was painting my walls and moved the base station away from its location and noticed the laminate flooring bulging - I thought it might have been due to some non-related incident however at the back of my mind I began wondering if the base station was leaking. When I moved the unit it seemed fine and the floor was dry. There was water in the tank so I doubt it was leaking during standby mode. After my decorating I placed it back to the same location - let its do its mop run and finish its cycle. I then removed the unit from the location only to find a puddle of water underneath the unit. I would say it was about 3/4 cups worth so not a small puddle. I knew then that the leak happened during the cycle at some point - either when water is sent to the unit or when it is cleaning the mop. Regardless I done a lot of searching on the internet and found very few articles about this. I sent Roborock an email - waiting for response. As I was in the return time frame I initiated the return. I am very disappointed about this and the damaged laminate - Depending on Roborock's response on what might be causing this I might buy a new unit again or alternatively get one from Ecovacs - when you pay over £1000 for one of these fancy units you expect it to function well and be robust such that you dont see puddles of water. I am sure Roborock would not expect their customers to wipe away the puddle. after each use. Apart from that the unit was amazing - cleaning topnotch - software flawless - overall built quality amazing - too bad about the water leaking issue - I would like to think this is an isolated incident - for those purchasing this unit - I would urge you to check under the unit after a mop cycle to observe for any water leaks just incase.

Unser Haary (gleiches Modell vor etwa zwei Jahren gekauft) hat Unterstützung bekommen. Damals war ich sofort begeistert und habe mich dann an das Feintunig in der App herangetastet und auf unsere Bedürfnisse eingestellt (4-Personenhaushalt, 2 große Hunde, viel Grundfläche zum Reinigen und eigentlich immer was zu putzen ;-)). Das hat wirklich gut und verlässlich geklappt: Saugen, Wischen mit viel oder weniger Wasser, starten zur gespeicherten Uhrzeit oder Punktreinigung (siehe Video), alles top. Da die Station auf der unteren Etage steht und er hauptsächlich dort fährt und ich ihn immer in die obere Etage tragen musste, haben wir uns entschieden einen zweiten zu kaufen und ihn dort zu stationieren... und was soll ich sagen?! Dieses zweite Modell ist deutlich günstiger und hat die Moptrocknungsmöglichkeit noch anbei. Verbessert wurden zur Reinigung an der Spinne die Beinchen, sie haben kleine Pinsel bekommen, um noch effektiver in den Kanten zu sein und was ich auch finde, die Behälter innen haben eine andere Oberfläche bekommen, so bleibt jetzt im Schmutzwassereimer doch deutlich weniger aufgenommener Schmutz hängen, als im Modell davor. Hier muss ich gelegentlich mit einer Bürste durch um die fest sitzenden Schmutzpartikel zu entfernen. Das ist bei diesem neuen Modell definitiv anders. Die App ist nach wie vor übersichtlich gestaltet und intuitiv und logisch bedienbar. Hier lassen sich viele Einstellungsmöglichkeiten einfach umstellen. In der Vergangenheit war diese nach Updates mal etwas durcheinander und Programme liefen nicht mehr zuverlässig, grundsätzlich muss ich aber sagen, arbeitet die Firma schnell und zügig an den Problemen und scheinbar auch an Neuerungen um Kunden zufrieden zu stellen. Das funktioniert wirklich gut. Alle Teile des Robos lassen sich schnell und einfach wechseln: Staubbehälter, Spinne, Wasserfilter, Sensoren, ... Mop sowieso. Die App sagt und zeigt an, was gewechselt oder gesäubert werden muss. Treppen, Teppiche, Möbel, Kabel, Schuhe, ... werden erkannt und in der Regel umfahren. Selbst unter den Beinen von 5 Stühlen bahnt er sich seinen Weg und arbeitet verlässlich ohne stecken zu bleiben. Die Absturzsensoren funktionieren auch, so man keine Sorge haben muss, dass er Treppen herunterpurzelt. Sollte er mal nicht weiter wissen, bleibt er stehen, meldet sich kurz per App und wenn dann nichts passiert, weil keiner zu Hause ist, schaltet er sich ab und "wartet". Ein wirklich praktisches, sehr gut funktionierendes Produkt, das weiterentwickelt wird/wurde und verlässlich funktioniert... mittlerweile wie ich finde, zu einem Top-Preis.

Étant très maniaque, mais surtout un gros fainéant 😁 je me suis enfin décidé à acheter ce Roborock S7 Max Ultra, après de nombreuses hésitations. Et que dire si ce n’est que ce robot est un vrai bonheur en plus de parfaitement faire le travail pour lequel il est fait. Toutes ses automatisations sont un vrai bonus pour moi à qui la seule chose qui reste à faire est de vider le bac d’eau sale et d’ajouter de l’eau propre quand cela est nécessaire (dans le bac prévu à cet effet). Il demande peu d’entretien, et le peu d’entretien qu’il demande se fait très rapidement. De plus, l’application dédiée est très intuitive et très bien faite, ce qui facilite grandement son utilisation et sa compréhension. Alors oui, le prix n’est pas donné, mais comme pour beaucoup de choses, c’est souvent le cas quand on veut de la qualité. J’en suis d’ailleurs tellement satisfait, que je l’ai mis au deuxième étage où il y a les chambres, etc., et j’ai acheté son grand frère (le Roborock S8 Pro Ultra), pour le mettre au premier étage où il y a le salon, cuisine, etc. Donc, en gros, ma conclusion est que si vous avez les moyens, et que vous hésitez sur le modèle à choisir, je ne peux que vous conseiller ce robot aspirateur Roborck S7 Max Ultra qui fait vraiment (presque) tout.

Compré el Roborock S7 MAX Ultra y ha sido una experiencia bastante impresionante. Este robot aspirador es una maravilla en muchos sentidos, aunque tiene algunos puntos a mejorar. Puntos positivos: Poder de succión: Con 5500 Pa, la potencia de succión es increíble. Recoge polvo, pelo de mascotas y cualquier suciedad con facilidad. Evitación de obstáculos: Su capacidad para esquivar objetos es sorprendente. No se queda atascado y evita chocar con muebles y otros obstáculos. Función de fregado: Además de aspirar, friega el suelo, dejando las superficies realmente limpias. Estación de vaciado: La función de vaciado automático es súper conveniente. No tengo que preocuparme por vaciar el depósito cada vez que limpia. Lavado y secado automáticos: El robot limpia y seca su propio paño de fregado, lo que ahorra mucho tiempo y mantiene la eficiencia de limpieza. Relleno automático: La función de rellenado automático es genial para mantener el nivel de agua adecuado sin intervención constante. Control desde el móvil: Puedo programarlo y monitorearlo desde mi teléfono, lo que es muy práctico. Puntos negativos: Precio: Es bastante caro, por lo que puede no ser accesible para todos los presupuestos. Ruido: Aunque no es extremadamente ruidoso, hace más ruido del que esperaba, especialmente cuando vacía el depósito. Tamaño: Es un poco grande, lo que puede ser un problema en espacios reducidos o con muchos muebles. Dependencia de la app: Algunas funciones avanzadas solo están disponibles a través de la aplicación móvil, lo que puede ser inconveniente para algunos usuarios. En general, el Roborock S7 MAX Ultra ha facilitado mucho la limpieza en mi hogar. A pesar de algunos inconvenientes, sus ventajas superan con creces los puntos negativos, haciendo que valga la pena la inversión.

Prachtig product voor goede prijs. We zijn heel blij met deze aankoop. Gemakkelijk te installeren en simpel te onderhouden. Wel is het raadzaam om extra onderdelen mee te bestellen. Stofzakken en dweilen bijvoorbeeld.
