Sabra Spicy Guacamole, Great for Dipping, Snacking and Sharing, 8 Oz Tub

Great snack. Tastes great

When avocado's are $2 a piece, you might as well go for a pre-made to save you the work lol. It's got good flavor and perfect for those who like creamy guac. I personally prefer chunky, but I still like this a lot! The spice might be a little much for some people, but it's barely there for me. It's a comfortable, tasty spice.

I'm the only one in the family who likes guacamole, so it takes me a few days to go through a package. When I first used it after opening, I was surprised that it came with no lid, only a peel-off film covering. I have a perfectly-sized Glasslock container to fit a small portion like this for storage, so it's not a big deal, but it might be an issue for some people who lack a small airtight storage container because it will spoil quickly if not stored properly. Tasted ok, though, for store-bought. Not great, but ok, and better than other brands I've tried. (It could use more lemon and onion, I think.) I will definitely keep buying it, though, as it's not worth it to me to make it myself since no one else here eats it. The small size lasts me a few burritos.

Yes, recommend this one. Lots of citrus taste (lime listed in ingredients) and lasted a few days after opening as we transferred product to a small ziplock lidded container to minimize air exposure. Will buy it again, we sprinkled cayenne to increase the spicy.

I picked up one tub of the Sabra, Spicy Guacamole, 8 oz, to try. It's yummy! Just the right amount of spice for me. I spread it on Organic Bread with 21 Whole Grains and Seeds, Dave's Killer Bread, for breakfast and snacks.

Yeah... I was feeling lazy and bought premade guac (for maybe the second time in my life). As expected, you can do it better yourself, but so many times I find paying for fresh avocados is a gamble. I often get avocados from Amazon Fresh that aren't great -some are a total loss from the start and money down the drain. So, I tried this premade and another brand called Wooley. I found Sabra spicy to be a bit too spicy and over-salted with a texture that was too smooth (slightly whipped and no chunks of avocado) -if you like that, this may be for you. The taste was good but not very enjoyable for the reasons I just stated. Look, guacamole is such an individual thing. You won't know if you like this until you give it a try. So, try it and see but it wasn't really for me. Personally, I wouldn't serve it to guests either... but it's fine if you are having a party and just need premade guac. You might want to go with the classic one, which I found just slightly less spicy (almost the same) but had a better, slightly chunky texture.

It was not hot/spicey but still good.

I can just eat it out of the container, it's so good.
