Flexible Silicone Spatula Heat Resistant up to 600oF Turner Steel Strong Blade for Pancake Flipper, Egg Turner, Omelet Spatula and Pizza Cutter

The other day, I realized that this flexible turner (aka spatula) is used every day in our kitchen. We use this with all of our cookware: nonstick, stainless, cast iron and stone. Looking at this simple device, the design is more function over form, but it works great and well worth the investment

... and works flawlessly for flipping such things as eggs, but I dinged it a star because the handle is not made of the excellent silicone that the flipper is made of, instead being just plastic or nylon. Therefore, I learned the hard way that it will melt if left on a hot pan for even just a few minutes. I recommend this spatula, but just be aware, if you decide to buy it, that it does have this flaw.

Mom used it later and said it was good, the edges of the spatula were very thin, perfect for frying food, it was easy to turn the food around, and it was comfortable to hold the hand

Edited: The spatula lives up to the hype. I made cheesy, gooey veg burgers. Other spatulas have smushed them or let them stay stuck to the pan. These flipped them without a problem. However, here's the edit: 14 months later, the silicone is peeling off the metal frame, creating a nice pocket for old food and bacteria. I am going to buy another one because it was great while it lasted. But buyer beware. I paid full price and get nothing for this review.

The best of all I've tried. No melting in pan. Been using 5 months. Threw out all other scrstch free utensils as they were melting I the no scratch pans,even the Farber wear brand! Excellent price & product. Wish they had more utensils to choose from.

Great little spatula, but wish it came in a Non-Flexible version. It's so hard to find a small spatula nowadays that works as well as the old ones back in the day.

Works very well with my seasoned pans, does not scratch and is great for most everything in a pan from pancakes to burgers.

after less than 6 months of using only once a day 2 corners broke off exsposing metal under. also whole thing is about to break off handle. will never buy another.
