I'm on day 6. 118/71 this morning. Well I have only taken this one day but, I have noticed that I feel like I have a lot more energy..no side affects that I can tell…I did my normal workout this AM after taking it (55min) and then cleaned the whole house..took a walk (all normal activities)Took my parents to dinner, then went for another walk…I’m sure I will need to add a update laterBut, so far so good
