GCD (2)- 4" TJ Wrangler RED LED SURFACE MOUNT TAIL LIGHTS INCLUDES 2 BACKUP LIGHTS

Super bright, fairly easy to install, but did not come with hardware.

The kit comes with two 4 inch 7 segment surface mount LED lights, as well as a set of LED rock lights meant to be mounted as backup lights. To install these I used #10 self-tapping screws for the tail lights and drilled 3 holes for each of the backup lights (the third hole was to accommodate the wires). Wiring is straightforward as long as you have a diagram of the pigtail coming from your vehicle. There are three wires coming out of the tail lights. On my application, a 2006 Jeep Wrangler, the red wire is for turn signal and brakes. The black wire is for running light. White is ground.

The reverse light is insanely bright! Brighter than my Poison Spyder reverse light kit. This lit replaced that! Much better!!

Clear lenses.. not red

No instructions. The LED taillights are plastic except the reverse lights. I had to remove and relocate my license plate. I dont think you have to but how I have them I need remove and relocate. The taillights did not have self tapping screws (#10 and make sure the head of screw fits) no wire code. ( tip. The white wire is the ground so black wire from reverse light to white wire and ground to vehicle, red wire from reverse light goes to purple. With the last two wires from the led taillight, turn on a blinker and tap the red or black to your jeeps wires until you see the light blinking) also you will need a flasher relay or your blinkers will flash really fast. All that, I think they are not bad for the price.

Easy install. Looks great. Don’t have to drill a huge hole in tub. Make sure you allow for the tailgate hinge while measuring. Otherwise they will look off balance. (Not the lights fault). Just passing along my error..

Awesome lights very bright

I spent an hour trying to figure out what the problem is, I have tail lights, but no brake lights, and when I put my signal on, the other tail light loses power, i dont think these are compatible with my electrical system, I have a 97 tj
