Good punch balloons that arrived on time but over half of them were covered in grayish dust that looks very much like mould spores. As these are to be blown up by mouth and given to children I do not recommend buying this product from this seller. To be fair to the seller, I didn't get round to asking for a refund/replacement within the 30 day window so I can't speak to their customer services regarding this issue.

The toddler loves them but they are not very large and the elastic on the balloons has perished and therefore did not stretch and quickly fell apart. Disappointing.
