Great for Toning After Bleaching at Home
I'm not a professional, but I found the Schwarzkopf BLONDME Bond Enforcing Lifting Ice 60ml to be a great toner after bleaching my hair at home. It effectively neutralized yellow tones, leaving my hair with a cooler, cleaner blonde. The product was easy to mix and apply, and my hair felt soft and healthy afterward.Please be aware that this product requires mixing with a developer for proper use.

Really nice finish
Lovely product to add to your blonde hair give aLovely tone. My hair is about a 10 and it gives it a nice touch. I don’t use all the time and they come in various shades and I’ve tried a few. They are all really nice.

Great quality toner
After bleaching, I combine the "Ice" shade of toner with the "Steel Blue" shade to get a nice ashy blonde. I think BlondeMe toners are great quality and come out well when used correctly.

Terrible
Not clear how to use it at all, guidelines are so unclear and it seems I need another product with it. I wanted to return the unopened pack but not returnable.
