Pleasant smell, a bit greasy, easy to apply, will see how it works
This product sort of smells like coco butter. At least it reminds me of another product that claimed to be coco butter scented. In any event, the smell is very pleasant and reminds me of "summer".The product is very easy to apply. It says to "apply a handful". I don't know that I would need to use my hand except to rub it in. The stick style applicator works very well. It sort of works like a deodorant stick except that this product is a bit softer. The product is a bit greasy. I expect that's because there is oil and fats in the product. After you apply, you need to wash your hands with soap and warm water because you don't want this product in other places.I can feel the product warming the area of my skin where I applied it. It's just warm and not hot. I've used other products that were very hot... almost a burning sensation. This is much more subtle than that. If I wasn't "looking" for a sensation, I'm not sure I would have noticed the extra warmth. It's unclear if the extra warmth is cause by enhancing metabolism in the area, or if there is an ingredient that causes a warm sensation.I've read several reviews and articles that claim this product can help trim trouble areas. If this is truly enhancing metabolism in the application area, it would seem this could be affective. It seems to me that this product is activated by exercise. But the warm sensation continues long after the exercise activity of over. I wonder if there would be benefit in delaying my "after workout shower". Showering removes this product and eliminates the warmth.

Easy to apply. Smells wonderful. Gets hot!
This sweat increasing stick is easy to apply. It glides smoothly onto your skin. It has a lovely scent. I use this in combination with my "sweat belt" while exercising or just doing stuff around the house. It takes about 5 minutes to start feeling the heat. I haven't noticed any big changes yet, since I've only been using this product for a short period of time. I have noticed my skin looks firmer and feels softer. The only issue I had was washing it all the way off the 1st time I used it. I washed the area with soap 3 times and could still feel the product on my skin. However, once I dried off. It no longer had a heating effect and left my skin really moisturized. I just don't put so much on now. So far this is a great product!

Better effect can be achieved with heavy, non-breathable clothes when exercising
This review is for the Hot Vita brand of sweat enhancer. This stuff is greasy, and while it might make one sweat more from the places it is applied, that's about the extent of the effects. One issue with this is the debunked notion that making a certain body part sweat more necessarily means that more fat in that part is being burned off, ie if one has "cottage cheese" thighs they will benefit by placing on the thighs. Fat reduction is a systemic and genetic equation. It does not work the way (spot reduction) the producers of this would have you believe. Another issue is yes the more you sweat during exercise, the more calories the body burns in general, but given the greasiness of this substance I doubt anyone would want to apply it head to toe for a systemic effect. I purposely sweat more during spin sessions by a) pointing a space heater at my spin bike, and b) wearing multiple layers on top and neoprene pants. This stuff reminds me of the machine I saw once in one of my college campus gyms that must have dated back to the 1930s or 1940s. The machine had a long fabric belt you slung around your waist. Turning it on jiggled your midsection with the notion that this somehow removed fat from just that area. That was pure bunk and so is this.

Can vouch that it does work, and goes on smooth
I'll be honest I wasn't quite sure what to expect here, but I was excited to try it. I have used it now on two, 1hour stationary bike classes, and the second time I only rolled it on half of my stomach to see if there was a difference. First off, it's got a good lotionlike consistency, and I thought it actually felt nice. I can say I did sweat more where I applied it, so that works. As for post work out, I hit the shower pretty much instantly after. I didn't feel like there was any residual effect after the shower (which I appreciate). I did feel a little softer where I applied, but hard to tell if I'm imagining that or not.It does what it says it does!

No Sweat but feel the heat
The product arrived safely and turned out to be bigger than I expected, which is actually a good thing! I tried it out around my abs, but I haven’t noticed any changes in my sweat production. I don’t sweat easily, even during intense workouts unless it’s super hot.It takes about an hour for the product to activate the heat on my body. After that, I can really feel the heat, but I still don’t sweat. One thing I like about it is that it’s easy to use and doesn’t have any unpleasant or weird smells. It also seems organic. I’ll keep using it for at least a month and see if there are any changes.

smells great!
So I tried this before an 8 mile run, I sweat a decent amount, but mostly from my head, so I -tried this on my stomach. I don't think it made me sweat much, maybe a little. But...the scent is absolutely wonderful! I'll rub it all over just to smell it when I run! 5 stars based on the scent alone!

Works well
It's like a giant deodorant that you apply to body parts you need to sweat from. It smells good, like coconut. It's pretty thick and stays on until you profusely sweat. So far it's been a great prodigal compared to allowing, pig sweat, sweet sweat and others I've used.
