Five stars for product - would like to know about business ethics, too....
Five stars for product and customer service - the cheese arrived as quickly as is possibly (it was sent from Italy) and is truly delicious and a real treat.Despite its wonderful taste it also compares favourably in terms of pricing to other artisan cheeses I found. And a cute little cheese knife was included in the order as a gift.I get the impression this is a small, private, possibly family-run business. To make this product really perfect it would be amazing if the company would look into ways of packaging that makes less excessive use of plastic, and if they would include their ethical business approach, including the animals' welfare in their company information!

A different arrived but i taste good
I ordered the one on the picture and I got the young one.It's my second order the first one was correct I just repeat the order and I got a different one. Still like it but there is a huge difference between the old and the young one. Disappointed

Lovely pecorino. The only ‘downside’ is that it was so good that I ate the whole thing myself in 10 days:-D I will definitely order again. Thank you.

Great Present
It was bought as a birthday present for my son in law. He was over the moon with it and is saving it when he has family over to do a parmigiana wheel.That should be fun.
