These are cute and get the job done! My cake didn’t stick to the sides it came out pretty easy. If you leave a cake in there for multiple days it will get soggy though

I don’t care to bake in these - I know that you can! But what a great “vessel” to gift your beautifully baked cookies, slices of quick bread, or 4 good sized muffins. I can get a dozen cookies, 2” diameter in this, 8 slices of quick bread, or 4 muffins. I just cover with plastic wrap. They look so nice, and no one needs to return the container!

Couldn’t get my food out. Waste of money

Loved the ease of pans. They did seem flimsy when trying to get my risen dough rolls in oven but pan held together quite nice. Overall a great success.

Use these a lot for my baking business but I frequently have to return them for another batch. They get shipped in plastic or with heavy items so by the time I open the package they can be somewhat mangled. Fortunately Amazon is good about replacement but the process gets frustrating.

I purchased these for baking bread pudding in over the holidays for gifts. As soon as I poured the batter into the paper baking dish it began leaking. Even when greased and placed on a sheet pan, they leaked throughout the baking time. Once I have salvaged a few, when you try to cut a piece out of the container, the paper bottom rips easily and sticks to the baked good. I would not recommend these for baking, any batter would leak out.

These do the job they are supposed to, but be aware that they are pretty small and the rise on them and is not very deep. They also don't come ready to use - they are all folded over at the top! So you have to go through and un-bend each one in order to have it look like what you see in the photo. I used them to bake cinnamon rolls and they are good for baking 4-5 per mold.
