This is a complete ceramic front and rear pad set at a great price. The brake pads appear just like the pads I have on my vehicle. There are issues with the amazon fitment guide. The listing clearly states they fit the 2007 - 2015 Audi Q7 but amazonconfirmfit stated "this does not fit" for my 2012 Audi Q7, luckily they provided enough information to verify fitment through other sources and I am confident they Do fit. Brake pad wear sensors are Not included, I would recommend sourcing them before installation. I haven't installed them yet as I am sourcing the rotors and pad wear sensors so can't speak to the braking performance.
