Worth the price! The picture quality is excellent, sound is clear, and overall performance is very smooth for this price range. It offers great value for money and meets all expectations for everyday viewing. Definitely worth buying if you’re looking for a good TV at a reasonable price. Installation was hassle free. The delivery person and technician (Deena Nath) were really helpful and professional. My parents live on the 3rd floor, and they carried the TV safely all the way up without any issues. The installation was done smoothly, and everything was handled in the best possible way. Very satisfied with the service.

I am updating this after long time viewing and can say am satisfied with the product. Sound quality and picture quality are good. Sometimes the boot up of the TV takes some minutes on first time in a day, thereafter it becomes fine, I observed a strange behaviour of TV powering on itself in the morning around 11:OO AM if its in standby, not sure, i have also checked the power on/power off timer settings, but didnt find anything odd. One more thing is that the battery in the remote, if the battery life is expired, then the tv is in standby and not switching on, once i changed the batteries it worked well. These are my few days of watching sports in SD mode, Netflix SD mode, which was satisfactory. If it's watched in HD mode, it will be excellent. Delivery & Installation I ordered the Toshiba M550LP on Sunday the 7th afternoon on Amazon. The standard delivery was shown as Tuesday on 9th Aug. Promptly on Tuesday morning I received msg stating tv is in delivery mode. The delivery person just checked my address once and within an hour arrived at my door. 2 people had come and helped in open box inspection for any damages to the product.All was fine. I called Toshiba help and asked for installation support, they took my request and assured within 24-48 hrs the installation will be done. To my surprise,After an hour, a person called and said you had ordered Toshiba TV and I have been assigned to install it for you, so I said fine please come over. He came and did the installation without any fuss and explained clearly about the features and operations of Tv. 2yrs warranty was also done. Now all set for viewing 🙂 and to my sweet surprise Toshiba arranged the installation in 3hrs which was truly impressive and fast, thanks amazon and Toshiba. Cons For changing the picture or sound mode the screen is half covered by the menu, in my earlier Samsung tv, it will be transparent and we can view the change without exitiing, this I felt a little inconvenient. When connected to Blue tooth 🎧 the volume output was very less, I guess it was done to protect one's ears.( If done for that,it's so considerate of Toshiba) Pros Picture quality is satisfactory in SD, HD will be exhilarating I guess. Netflix, hot star movies and series are perfect to watch. Bass sounds are tremendous, feels a theatre like boom effect. So far, happy with the product. Let me continue and will add to the review if I find anything interesting. I have attached pics of SD def mode and ultra HD video of birds from YouTube just for all. After 3days of viewing the following 1. Brightness (too bright for liking) 2.picture size cant be reduced or zoomed. am also eeling its too big for my living room, my living room is 14*9 3.The tech used in this also up scales the pictures too. And almost 3-5 feet is the distance from which i am viewing and felt could have opted for smaller like 50 inch.

I recently purchased the 55" QLED TOSHIBA TV and while I am generally pleased with the product, I have had some issues with the installation process, the technician's behaviour, and the customer service provided. The installation technician has repeatedly rescheduled and caused delays, which has been a significant inconvenience for me. Additionally, the technician was enrage and disrespectful during the installation, which made the experience even more unpleasant. The picture and sound quality are good, and the smart features are user-friendly and easy to navigate. The design of the TV is sleek and modern, and it looks great in my living room. The size is perfect for my space and the thin bezel gives it a clean look. The set-up was easy and straightforward once the technician arrived. I contacted customer service to address the issues with the installation and technician behaviour, but I was disappointed by the lack of response and updates provided. I was not able to get a clear status on my complaint, and it was difficult to get in touch with a Toshiba Installation team. I should mention that it is worth noting that this TV is very similar to a Hisense TV. The picture and sound quality are almost identical, and the smart features are also very similar. The main difference is the brand name and the price point. If you are looking for a TV with similar features at a lower price point, you may want to consider a Hisense TV instead. Overall, I am satisfied with the TV itself but disappointed with the technician's behaviour, the delays caused by rescheduling and the poor customer service provided. I hope that in the future, Toshiba will take steps to improve their customer service and ensure that their installation technicians are more punctual, professional, and respectful. Quality is great. Brightness is good. It has Google TV so its easy to integrate with phone and control your tv through voice. Most important is the picture quality and the bright scenes are brilliant. However dark scenes look vobbly due to local dimming feature so better keep it off. Sound is great no doubt. You dont require a sound bar or home theatre system it is that good.
