Best coconut milk for Thai curries
Tried many different coconut milks but this one is thick and creamy and works perfectly for Red Thai curries

Delicious, Good Quality and Thick
I started drinking this coconut milk out of the can while I was cooking and almost couldn't stop. It was delicious and really thick. It was very good quality, unlike the rubbish you can buy in British supermarkets, which is mainly coconut water with a bit of pulp in it. This makes lovely curries and would probably be nice in soups and stews too.

Lives up to expectations
I saw this coconut milk mentioned on a website devoted to making decent Thai curries. We usually buy supermarket coconut milk and I'm always disappointed with my Thai curry. This was more than twice the price, and I wondered if it would be worth it. It was. Definitely worth it! Really thick and creamy. You know how usually half the can is coconut milk which floats to the top, and the bottom half is watery liquid. This was all milky, through the whole can. The curry I made was really creamy. Haven't quite got the flavour right yet but that's my next thing to work on!

Great taste, no nasty ingredients, bit pricey
No stabiliser or preservative, rare for most brands. Only coconut, water and citric acid / vitamin c. Tastes as good if not better than most.However it is thin at approx 50% water, so you're paying a lot relatively for the coconut.

No gut-damaging emulsifiers!
Been searching around for a coconut milk which doesn't have gut-damaging emulsifiers in, and found this, which will now be my regular purchase. Sadly, most brands use xanthan gum or polysorbate, to stop the milk separating, and they are very bad for your gut health, so great to find this one is emulsifier-free

Safely delivered
I bought this product previously from a different seller on Amazon and several cans were dented and damaged. Blue Mountain packed the items well and they were delivered safely and on time. The use by date was good and the price was competitive.
