The flavor is naturally sweet without any added sugar, and the texture is perfectly smooth — no weird graininess like some other brands. My toddler loves these!! Great for on the go and even frozen and then in the hot summer, she loves them. Packaged well too. She has loved them since she was 6mo.and even now at 22 months.

Tastes good. Didn’t help with regularity though. I tried this in place of prune juice because it was packaged in single servings whereas prune juice is not and expires before I can consume it all.
