This works very well for me and hubby. We are both in our 70"s so aches and pain is everyday thing. This truly helps. Would recommend for knees and joints

Relief for my knee. It's cream based and really easy to apply. I did smell the menthol but it's not that strong.

Seems to help a little, but not worth the cost here.

I'm using it on a very painful trigger thumb right now. It's helping tremendously. I'm getting about 4 or so hours out of it before it wears off and I need to apply a little more. Just a little pea size amount is more than enough for what I need, so this jar will last a long time. It has a cooling and slight numbing sensation.

Buy on the regular. Great for what aches and pains you have. Works quite a while after applying and easy to apply. Our go to cream

This stuff is magic. Sore muscles, leg tightness, sore ankles, lower back tightness, yes I have all of those. I'm a devoted Portland trail Blazer fan and they have these little biofreeze patches stitched on their uniform and of course they run commercials touting the effectiveness of biofreeze. I started with the little sample packs because I was skeptical. they come in little packets like the Sandy wipes you use when you eat fried chicken. There's a little dab of cream and because I have some ankles I rub some on there and within 10 minutes there was no pain and I was shocked. Literally shocked out of my mind that it worked that quick.I moved on to the roll on which was okay. Very convenient. But they don't put a lot of biofreeze in those containers for me so I moved on to the jar of cream and now I have found my home. I've used one jar already between my wife and I. We are both senior citizens and of course that equates to something sore on the body everyday. I use it on the wife's neck and back and she smiles from ear to ear. I like it on the aforementioned areas basically from cooking all my life as a chef. The biofreeze isn't as effective on my wrists but that's because I have carpal tunnel. It will relieve the pain and make it feel better but it doesn't eliminate the pain on my wrists.The other key factor when using biofreeze is to apply the product to the sore area but then I have learned to let the area dry up a bit before putting my t-shirt shorts or socks on where I've applied to biofreeze. Once it is dry from a visual standpoint I put my clothing back on and the effectiveness of the product is 20 times better.Now I know this isn't going to work for everybody but I'm telling you it works for me and I highly endorse biofreeze. Good enough for Damian Lillard it's good enough for me.

Been having shoulder joint issues. This is the best cream I have found. Lets me sleep at night.

I got these for my elderly mother who swears this works much better than the gel. She would know as she’s dealt with chronic back pain for many years! You can rub the cream in nicely so it penetrates the skin better than the gel. I’m fairly confident that’s why she only feels relief when I use the BioFreeze cream. Ok that said, the reason I gave the three star rating instead of five stars is “the contents”. This is expensive stuff and you expect a FULL container when it only last for maybe five or six treatments per container! To the manufacturer … either the product is melting or it’s shrinkflation! But EVERY jar I’ve opened (even jars from Walmart) have only been 2/3rds full. One looked half full. So don’t expect a FULL jar. Bio freeze please step up your game and give us value for our money or make the plastic jar smaller to match the FULL contents in it. Per once it’s the MOST EXPENSIVE BioFreeze product! But it’s the ONLY thing that works well for her so I’ll continue to pay the apparent shrinkflation or melting? I need this in BULK. How about offering a case at a discounted price?!
