Been using for over a year know. I think everyone is different and needs to monitor their sugar results to see their own results. Not sure why the manufacturer changed the capsule here recently. It is a clear capsule rather than the orange colored capsule and the lid gas changed as well to a black lid. Not sure why but Amazon hasn't updated the details (for consumer knowledge) norr the current picture with the same orange lid

The first bottle was great so I signed up for auto monthly however the second bottle the product was completely different!!! Larger capsules, and color completely different.
