Good bag
Hold all my stuff nicely. It is a smaller bag so I use it as a first aid kit for my car. But over all I like it.

Good buy
No way to rate durability due to lack of rugged use yet; however, it appears to be thinner material. Definitely worth the price but dont expect professional grade gear at this price.Does the job i needed it to.

Bag is too small
I like the nice bright color of the bag but it’s way too small for use as a first aid bag.

What you thought you wanted, but way too small.
Advertised as a professional EMS, paramedic bag, not even big enough to carry the bandages I stock, let alone IV supplies and meds. I bought this bag as replacement for my military aid bag I used in service. Was hoping to move into two civilian bags, but should have read farther to find out the true size. This would be ideal size for a first aid kit in the trunk of your car, but that's it. Not secure enough to not lose contents in transit. Was hoping to put a AED in end zipper pouch but you couldn't fit a decent sandwich in there.

Not a very practical design
Not a very practical design. The top flap latches nicely, however, when the bag is loaded up with items and is picked up, both sides open and expose what is inside. If the bag is tipped over on its side, even with straps latched, there is a good chance you may lose a few things - not good if you are assisting in an emergency and you realize that your much needed tourniquet or pressure bandage is on the floor of your vehicle. Will be returning for a refund and looking for something else.
