Love it! got rid of my stubborn flakies and leaves my hair soooooo soft and smelling nice. Helps my boyfriend's seb derm considerably! Lather is okay, I usually shampoo first then follow with this, it lathers better on clean hair.

I've been using this shampoo for only a few weeks, but the results have been promising so far. My scalp, which had previously been irritated and itchy, is showing signs of healing. While I haven't noticed a significant change in the appearance or texture of my hair yet, the shampoo itself performs well—lathering easily with just a small amount and rinsing cleanly. The fragrance is mild and pleasant, with a light, clean scent that isn't overpowering. Importantly, it doesn't cause any tingling or discomfort on my sensitive scalp. I follow the usage instructions closely, applying it daily and allowing it to sit for several minutes before rinsing. Although it's still early, I believe I'm experiencing less hair shedding since beginning use. I should note that I haven't received a formal diagnosis for my scalp condition, and previous prescription treatments provided by my dermatologist were ineffective. In contrast, this shampoo seems to be helping, at least in terms of comfort and initial scalp health. Overall, I'm optimistic and will continue use to assess long-term results.

It can be tough trying to find a Seborrheic Dermatitis shampoo that REALLY Works!! I am VERY pleased with the results after using this product! Not only is it effective for Dermatitis, but the shampoo is great for clean, manageable hair! Love the dispenser cap too! KUDOS to this Family-Owned business, and thank you for a wonderful product, and a great price! I STRONGLY recommend!

Been trying so many Shampoo to get rid of the acnes on the back of the head and nothing work until I got this shampoo, this shampoo is made in China and it got me thinking a little bit but since I been using it for less then a week all the acnes is gone and this shampoo also smelling very good and gentle. shampoo for me if you want to get rid.Best shampoo for get rid of the acnes on the back of your head. 110% shampoo for my head.

This is the second time I’ve purchased a bottle and the first bottle was in the old bottle with the previous formula. I will first say that the product (new and old formula) overall works really well for my psoriasis. I love the nice cool, minty, and tingly feeling it has on my scalp when I’m washing! It’s one of the only things that has worked on my scalp the past months. I’m super happy that the bottle is A LOT more easy to squeeze the product out because the old bottle I had to twist open the cap and pour it into my hands. One of my complaints is that the new formula definitely has a more herbal, medicine, and earth scent? I’m not usually someone that complains about scents on products but that scent lingers pretty strong and I’m not the biggest fan of it. I have to try masking the scent at my roots by using my after-shower hair oils. The previous formula, it had a much more pleasant and refreshing scent. And the previous formula also had a lot more of the minty tingles that cannot compare! I hope in the future the formula gets tweaked a bit more, please!

works better than anything I've tried for scalp psoriasis. reduces flaking and helps with the itch. i'm on my second bottle and like another reviewer said "hope they never change it". another plus is the fragrance is totally tolerable unlike coal tar based shampoos update: on my 4th bottle. still loving it - once a week I use a salicylic acid based shampoo instead to help withpsoriasis lesion build up and usually my scalp will itch that night. Next day go back to Derphea and the itch is gone. great stuff and worth the price Update 10/3/25. They’ve changed the bottle and the contents are now brown instead of blue and no longer denotes KETOCONAZOLE. Ugh, why….? Hope it works the same. 10/30 used once and reduced to one star. New formula is very harsh and burned and irritated my forehead and face. No longer has ketocozanole. The skin irritation lasted about a week. Never had a shampoo do that before. I’m so bummed because the old formula was truly amazing. Ugh. Unfortunately forgot to return within a month. Waste of money.

Love this item. Has helped my scalp so much

I have had some itching on the scalp and it turned out to be seborrheic dermatitis. I tried a couple of products that didn’t help and then I got this one. I only used it a couple of days when I had a scheduled dr appointment. He looked and said that I needed some steroid ointment but also said I found a good shampoo and to keep using it. This shampoo is definitely a great product that I will continue using. It has a pleasant smell compared to the other products I had tried.
