So comfortable, highly recommend

Perfect for a production of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat I was in. Be aware the sandals do not have a lot of grip, so can be slippery in a clean/ slick floor. It was also difficult to get a tight fit; I had to wrap the ropes around my ankle and under the sole of the sandal to keep it in place, and even then, it sometimes came loose. Regardless, I'm so glad a product like this is on the market. Thank you, Nomadic State of Mind, for a great piece of footwear!

Bought these sandals to use as an alternative to traditional waraji sandals. Not only do they look similar, but they are also much more comfortable and durable! I can tighten the straps as much as I want without fear of them snapping or pulling apart. Construction feels solid, there’s no fraying or the like. On smooth surfaces they can prove to be a little slippery, but nothing major. They turn heads when people notice as a bonus!Overall, great sandals. Will buy again.

I am in a larping group and my persona is a Roman Gladiator. These sandals complete the look perfectly! They're quite comfortable and the fit was spot on. However, I did notice that I didn't have much traction when testing them outside. Now granted it did rain earlier today so that probably played a lot onto it. However I do wish I was able to get a better grip. I'd hate to slip and fall in mid-attack.

Very cute and comfortable. I went with Amazon suggested size and it was perfect. There is no arch support. I have very high arches so I'm kinda use to that in shors

These are the coolest! Conform to your feet and walking in sand at the beach is way easier than other sandals or flops. I’m constantly complimented and asked where I found them.

I’ve been wanting rope sandals for years and can’t believe I accidentally found them on Amazon. The fit is true to size and they look great. There is no arch support, obviously, but they’re surprisingly comfortable and I’ve already received several compliments wearing them.

Absolutely love these & love the concept, however , I don’t think the black ones are even an option considering I ordered the black & was sent the tan ones which still look great but I would’ve loved to have what I ordered. On top of that other reviews stated they were sent the wrong color as well while trying to order the black ones.
