Not the cheapest available magnesium supplement however it contains all 3 types of magnesium plus turmeric so its worth the difference. After taking for a week Ive already noticed I'm sleeping better, not as tired during the day and feeling more relaxed. would definitely recommend.

Really surprised how well these have worked, my sleep pattern was shocking, waking up several times a night and struggling to get back to sleep. After a few days of taking these, my sleep has improved dramatically, I still wake up for the loo, but not as often and fall back asleep again quickly and feel so much better in myself. The only down side is they are quite big tablets to take, I wish I had looked for capsules first, but because these are working for me I won't change I will stick to these.
