Horrible product, not nearly as powerful as stated, thing is the slowest I’ve ever ridden, would not recommend and so t bother buying because you can’t return it

I had an issue with the original order and was worried this would be a typical “too bad, shouldn't order from Amazon” experience. Still, this company did everything it could do and went above and beyond to make it right. They took this from a bad experience to the best company I've worked with, not only on Amazon but also in the physical realm. I will order two more electric skateboards from Isinwheel soon and never look elsewhere. They have made a lifelong customer out of me.

Terrible for speed and return policy is atrocious

If you have a problem, you'll have to replace the whole thing, basically. They've designed it to be un-repairable.I don't know why manufacturers think this is okay when it's not.I enjoyed my ride but I will absolutely never buy from this brand again until they get onboard with "right to repair".If I knew then what I know now, I'd save my money and get a top shelf brand.These guys are not serious about what they do, unfortunately. Check the web if you don't believe me.

The first one I received did stop working but after some back and forth with customer support they sent me a new one that works just fine.

I cannot return this after it stopped working right after few miles.
