It contains aqua, urea, glycerin, mineral oil, shea butter, glyceryl stearate, peg-100 stearate, cetearyl alcohol, petrolatum, stearic acid,dimethicone, glyceryl stearate, phenoxyethanol, ethylhexylglycerin, allantoin, carbomer, lactose, cellulose, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, jojoba esters, ci 77492, tocopheryl acetate, ascorbyl palmitate, xanthan gum, potassium hydroxide, disodium edta.

Q: What are the orange specks in the cream?

Mine had those specks too, and a mild unpleasant odor. I returned it.
