Shirt is exactly what it is described as. Sleeves are a bit long but so are the sleeves on most work shirts ( like Carhartt short sleeve.)

I hate the bright safety yellow shirts - they always get dirty and stained on the job. These shirts worked out great for me. They fit, wear and wash well. Since the material is wicking, I've had no problems in the summer sun other than a farmers tan!
