Very convenient, you drink one every 2 hours. I never felt hungry. Next time I will do the 3 day fast.

I didn't know what to expect because I've never done a juice cleanse. I was surprised that the drinks were very refreshing! Bliss was my favorite. Not only did I love the packaging but the drinks were very easy to drink. I had energy for the day. I got a little hungry at dinner time but I had some fresh green beans and didn't feel like it took away from the effect of the cleanse. The drinks tasted great. They kept me full for the most part. The only negative I can say (and this was my fault) is that I'm a coffee drinker and I didn't drink coffee that morning. I had a terrible headache by the late afternoon. So if you're an everyday coffee drinker I would consider keeping your normal routine. Pretty sure I was just having a caffeine withdrawal headache. I did read to drink lots of water. I probably should have tried to get in a little more than I did. I was even able to do a light workout at the end of the day. I will definitely buy this product again! I felt great after and want to try and do the three day cleanse. I would buy this product every few months just to reset & feel good. I was nervous to do a "cleanse” and have a normal workday but it was completely fine. No different for me then when I'm drinking a lot of water. Great product. Felt great the next day and had a small weight loss!

The juices tasted great and I was so excited to start it however, even with following directions correctly and drinking plenty of water and having a few carrot sticks midday there were no effects with the cleansing. Nothing happened!!! NOTHING!!! Waste of money…too bad I can’t return it. I only gave one star for the flavor as that was the only thing that was good. Don’t waste your money!

I purchased the 1 day plan to use as a jump start to my new year diet. The juices came nicely packaged in a sturdy box. They are ready to drink: no preparation or refrigeration needed. I drank mine in a nice tumbler over ice to be fancy, but you can drink them right out of the pouch if you want. I enjoyed all of the flavors, the last one of the day was my favorite. In between juices I drank water and herbal tea. I am a heavy coffee drinker and I experienced a slight headache in the morning like another reviewer mentioned, so I did drink a small amount of black coffee which seemed to help. I didn't feel hungry at all and by the end of the day I felt much more energetic than I usually do at 9pm. I would definitely purchase this again!

I am so sorry, but this product looks nice but taste very badly. They have combined some great favors, however, you still have to drink it fast to get it down, for the taste are not good.

BT’s wife here!These juices def did it’s job - I needed to drop a couple pounds to fit into a bridesmaid dress, and I did.However, I barely got passed the taste of ALL these juices!! I found it easier to suck them down with a straw. I actually have one more juice packet left because I just couldn’t stomach the flavors anymore.BUT - they def do help cleanse, reset, and I did feel a difference in my body after the weekend.

I love this cleanse! It comes with an easy to carry tote that I put in my gym bag. The taste is awesome and I actually made the 1st tea (bliss) hot in the microwave, since I like hot in the mornings. They are low calorie and refreshing drinks, especially Vibrance and Awareness, Renewal is filling and Transformation is yummy (I love carrots and turmeric). They have very clean and natural ingredients and beautifully designed packages. They're great for both men and women. There are some reviews that complain about sugar content, believe me, you just don't realize the amount of sugar you intake the entire day with all your regular meals. So don't worry, you won't get high blood sugar from these! Also, the wonderful customer service lady recommended to sip on the drinks and not chug them real fast (you know, we're all guilty of drinking them like it's a race). I also drank water throughout the day as well.Overall, great taste, beautiful packaging, natural, non-gmo ingredients, will repurchase again!
