I have a KitchenAid electric glass cooktop, can this wok be used on my glass cooktop without scratching it?

Yes, but the problem I see with using the wok with an electric glass top is that the sides don’t get hot. Woks are made to be used with gas. The wok is flat but really it doesn’t get hot on the sides like you would with gas. You essentially fry within the diameter of the flat part of the pan

Can it be used in the oven? How high of temperature?

Yes, its meant for high temperature

Is it safe to wash this wok with dish soap? Instruction says hand wash it but mentions nothing about using soap.

You don’t want to use traditional, lye based soap because it will be more aggressive, but I’ve used my Dawn dish soap two times in the past three year on my cast iron pan (not needed to yet on my Carbon Steel) and it didn’t remove the seasoning (black polymerized cooking oil) that helps prevent things from sticking. Honestly, the need for soap is rare. Hot water and a green+ yellow sponge is all you need. Unlike steel pans I’ve used at home (or from my first job as a dishwasher), food doesn’t burn and stick as readily to cast iron and carbon steel so long as you add a drizzle to the pan and heat till cooking temp (I use olive oil, so I heat till I see just a little smoke and then dial it back a little, cook the food). Preheated and lightly oiled pans don’t burn the food onto the pan surface, and you can get those sunny side up eggs that can just float off the pan. The only time I needed soap was when I really messed up and burned food for an hour longer than I was supposed to cook… not a safe cooking practice, had to re-season my pan and everything, but then it was good as new again and I believe that would have destroyed a Teflon pan. I won’t use non-stick pans anymore.
