Arrived as promised, well packed and was easy to install.

Works perfectly as a replacement. My only gripe with them is the plastic screw plate which goes underneath has a habit of cracking eventually.

Was struggling to find this part online because I didnt know the make and model however along comes Facebook ads to the rescue.A bit pricey considering other vendors provide similar for half the price but I needed a like for like replacement and that's what I got. Next delivery was superb and it's taken me longer to write this review than it did to fit it. Very easy!

As the title, genuine replacement part at a better price than anywhere else I saw. Easy to do and solved the problem a broken one causes. Not a lot else you can say really

While it looks the same as the original one, the quality of the plastic is not the same. My original one lasted 5 years. This replacement one didn't last 5 days before the white plastic collar split and broke. Sent back for a refund.I'm now replacing the cistern flush unit with a different brand which appears better built and for less than £20 in total!

Does what it says on the tin!Arrived quickly. I’m no toilet flush expert but seems to be universal and easy to fit.........even for a woman!!! It fits, you push it, it flushes what else is there to say!
