I've had this chopper for 2 years, haven't used it a lot and It's basically unusable now. It's impossible to clean and over time, seems to have accumulated food and parts of my dish scrubber. The bottom part is now so loose, it doesn't stay so I've lost all my chopped nuts twice all over the floor because it didn't stay together. I'm now shopping for a new one. My mom had the chopper with the hand-twister and it lasted forever. I'm disappointed because this chopper was very easy to use and convenient. It just doesn't clean and hasn't passed the test of time.

I just received the chopper. I followed the instructions to go to YouTube to watch how to take the chopper apart to clean it and I am still unable to remove the plastic blade guard. I'm afraid that it will break if I try to force it. What should I do?

It didn't work more than once, and that was horrible, and the second time I used it, it just squashed the onion into the bottom. It was hard to fit back together, and a completely useless product.

I am extremely disappointed. I also cannot get the thing apart to clean it! Yuck!

A plastic piece that goes over the blades fell off after a couple uses.
