These were affordable and perfect to have if your taking care of an elderly person or person with limited mobility. They can just push the button instead of hollering across the house trying to get your attention. Makes it easier to go and do other tasks until needed again. This worked well in any place of the house, you need to plug the receiver on an outlet knowing the range is good enough to call you back when needed. You get two receivers and two call buttons , also two double sided stickers in case you want to put the button on the wall or nightstand, it has 58 different tones and tunes, volume is adjustable, great item very helpful, very easy to use and just plug and play.

This is one good find and for the price it supersedes! It's easy to use and figure out. The settings are loud but controllable. It's perfect for the elderly or even bed bound, the ring range is awesome! My home is 2200sq ft and it can be heard from one end to the other.

My husband has Parkinson's and his voice is very quiet. He slid off a chair one night when I was asleep in the other room and I didn't know for a few hours. The Caregiver Pager is perfect. He can push the button and even if I'm sleeping I wake up, immediately know what it is and go to assist him. It's a little LOUD so I have to keep the base that rings farther away from me than I expected, else it would scare the life out of me even when turned down, but I've figured out how to manage it. It's a two-pack (maybe for a two-story home?) and we only needed one set, so I've loaned it to a woman who went on a short trip and left her spouse with a caregiver, and now to a woman who is caring for her 102 year old grandmother who needed a way for her grandma to call her. It's better than a baby monitor because a baby monitor picks up every sound. This is on demand/as needed. As long as the care receiver can push the button, it's great. We can't talk to each other, it's just a pager, but it works for us. HIGHLY recommended. HELP - one year later I think the battery needs to be replaced but I can't open the call button. Any help is welcomed. Can't see how to send a question to the seller. TYIA.

The person being paged (the receiver person) would have to be in a room with an electrical outlet. I thought from the description that my husband would be able to page me if I were in the backyard, but apparently that does not seem to be the case. Disappointed because I read the description very carefully.
