Hodmedod's Roasted Green Peas Sea Salted, 300g

These peas are so addictive! I always have a couple of packs at home to eat as a snack between meals, they are so convenient at any time of the day, and much richer in fiber and protein than other similar snacks! They are also lower fat and calories, salty, crunchy and delicious. And they are vegan and gluten free too!I just love them from the first time I ordered them.Hodmedod's also sell roasted fava beans and they are delicious too!

Peasily (see what I did there guv) the best dried roasted pea snack out there in the annals of dried pea snacks. There aren't many. But there are copious amounts of peanuts and nuts available roasted.OK they don't taste of that much, but as a crunchy, savoury, healthy snack that's green so it must be healthy (but there again dragons and green traffic lights are green and I don't think they are healthy to snack on) they are the business, you get a lot, but it's hard to get a good handful and scarf them being so pea sized.Stupid Ocado didn't sub any veg for my missing veg so hastily I scanned Amazon for some passable substitutes for the week ahead and these came up. I couldn't chuck them in soup and sauces though.Wouldn't mind these in a resealable bag, or box, they have a tendency to spill like little green lizard eggs everywhere, or as if a baby alien had pooed everywhere in my kitchen.I like weird things so I'd probably buy them again.

These come packed with flavour and the texture is fantastic - I'm smitten :). - only problem is that they have now stopped next day Amazon Prime delivery on the 300g packets so I'll not be buying these again as an occasional snack - I don't want to order larger quantities!STOP PRESS... since I posted this message they've listened and this great product is available again on Amazon Prime - I've just placed another order :) Thanks for listening.***** STOP PRESS FOR A 2nd TIME **** it was too good to last - they've now more than DOUBLED the price (£2.25 has increased to £5.07 for the same 300g!) these are just peas so why over a 100% price hike? And, yet again, the Amazon Prime next day delivery option that they removed and then re-introduced has, again, been removed :( In all a great tasty product that's becoming (in my opinion) overly priced and, coupled with no next day delivery, means that I'm looking elsewhere.

An ok snack but if you love your teeth stay clear!

I took a chance on these in my never ending quest to find snack foods that make me feel slightly less guilty. And man I am glad I did! They are mild in flavour but have a really nice subtle savoury taste, and are crunchy without being too hard. UK product, no palm oil and reasonable price - win all round. I suppose they are also quite nutritious...

Not sure I would purchase again, expensive and I found lacking in taste. After reading other reviews I gave them a try and was wondering just what others saw in them. They are not to my liking.

Thought I would give these a try... Mixed feelings. If u like chewing warm mushy peas then u will like them..Deffo taste peas after chewing for a while. I love the crunch!Would I buy again NO just not for me..

Liked these so much that I brought them again.I tried making these on my own, not too difficult but it is time consuming. Instead I think I prefer to buy from someone who has perfected it.Did find it a tad on the expensive side. That aside, they are crunchy and tasty. A healthy snack and not too big either.The packet comes like you would pick off the shelf in a shop, as opposed to vacuum packed like some other deliveries.I'd likely buy again at this rate. Wish it was a tad cheaper though.
