no - don't do what another responded. Never install a portable generator indoors, even in a garage and even if exhausted. Never indoors under any circumstances.

Q: Will it run on 50/50 methanol/water mix?

It says pure gasoline was recommended. I would guess a 10% alcohol 90% gasoline would also. It is a 4 cycle and you DO NOT mix oil in gas. This is made for the North America market!
