1st few days is good but after 2 weeks it'll turn a Bad item
Very bad quality. Allays takes time to get connect. Sometimes never connect. Needed to connect via Bluetooth from phone. Sometime auto shut off. Very bad product. I wish I can return it but it's already over 30 days. Don't buy it.

Great little gizmo!
What an awesome little gizmo! I love this! When I bought my car in 2020, the ability to connect the phone via blue tooth was not available and it's something that I always wanted. Now, with this little guy, it's there and it works perfectly! I can't believe how quick the connection is, especially with the GPS. I totally endorse it!

Does Not Play Without Skipping
This thing is garbage. It work 10 to 15 percent of the time. Most often when it plays music, the music or whatever you are listening to constantly skips. DO NOT waste your money on this. Worked great when I first received it, I threw out the packaging & then a couple of days later, it does not work without skipping. Now I cannot return it.

Easy and consistently works
Easy to install and has worked with no issues every time I get in my car. When I was using the cable it Android Auto would constantly connect and disconnect. Now it works perfectly ecery time.

Plagued with connection issues
When it works, it's fine. But for the most part it constantly loses connection and takes 15 to 20 cycles in a row before it finally establishes a solid connection. When it does stay connected it will randomly skip/cut out audio. I would return but I'm a couple weeks past the 30 day return window so I'm stuck with it. Had the Motorola before and it quit working after a year but was still way more reliable than this one.

Unreliable
Why did you pick this product vs others?: the product worked for 2 days, then unable to connect different cell phones. I tired 2 cars with different phones and unable to maintain a connection. the device with lose connection to the cell phones.

Wouldn’t work
Bought the Apple CarPlay to try before buying the Android Auto one for someone else. CarPlay worked ok. BUT the Android Auto one couldn’t even play the music. It kept cutting out like every second. It’s frustrating because now I can no longer return it since I bought it over a month ago. $50 down the drain. 😞

Don’t buy it if you have VPN running on your phone.
I bought this so I could leave my phone in my pocket when I was in my car… Here are my issues with it. It needs your phone to connect to Bluetooth first and then it switches to a WIFI from this device which is what it uses for the Android Auto data from your phone. Which sounds fine unless you have a VPN running on your phone. If so, you have to pull your phone out and pause or disable the VPN for it to connect to the device’s WiFi. So, it kinda defeats the purpose. And after all that it’s really slow to connect and be usable. Guess I’ll go back to using a cable.
