I love this cream Internal Harmony. I run a global Ministry and I recommend it to those who are suffering from low progesterone, both men and women. It is a miracle cream that restores wellness, balance, sleep, helps with shedding excess weight, improves joint function, improves eyesight, helps lower back aches, improves mood, helps with wrinkles and gray hair too. This is a miracle product and everyone should know about it. I have shared this info about Internal Harmony progesterone cream, all over the world and I have passed out the direction flyers that I get with every purchase. I only wish it came in 50mg and 75mg dosage too and that the price was fixed. The price varies from store to store so I am always looking for it on sale or cheaper via other sites. I use it on the tops of my hands,belly, heels, tops of my feet, lower back, knees, anywhere I have stiffness and aches. I cannot live without my Internal Harmony...it is happiness in a pump! Oh...and I've learned how to dismantle the pump to get every drop of the cream out when it is nearly empty. If I could change one thing, it would be that pump....I prefer it in a tube or jar. Otherwise, I am very happy with Internal Harmony Progesterone cream and highly recommend it to those suffering from low progesterone problems.

I am very happy with this product! I was on hormonal replacement creams for several years from another manufacture. The creams worked wonderfully, and then all of the sudden they sold out to big Pharma. The cream was re-packaged in a funky bottle with a twist / clicking cap and it had a label on it. It looked like it was a prescription from the pharmacy and the list of ingredients was not available on the jar or within the packaging. Needless to say, I used this product for eight months and all my post menopausal symptoms came back except the weight gain. That was minimal fluctuating between 2 to 3 pounds. My insomnia and hot flashes and bloating all returned. So needless to say they sold out and destroyed their own product in my opinion. So I went on the hunt for something else. I purchased this and I took it with me when I went to see my natural path practitioner, who also does muscle testing and kinesiology. I had been using the cream for about two weeks when I went to the appointment. I asked her if she could test me on it and she told me that my body likes it and to continue using it. I’ve been using it for almost 2 months and I feel fantastic! I just ordered two more bottles. So thank you so much for solving my problem and please please please !!! don’t change a thing! It’s perfect as it is!

So I tried this product because my sex hormones were low (below average) and put me into estrogen dominance even though that was at the bottom of normal. Initially, I liked it. It absorbed well, slowed my hair fall and didn’t feel like it interfered with life. It fit right into my routine and I liked that it was natural without any chemicals or junk in it. However, into the 3 bottle, I was not sleeping well. In fact, my heart was racing and keeping me awake for most of the night every night. I was wiped the next day and so drained. I finally figured out that irregular heart beat was one of the side effects of progesterone cream. I stopped putting it on at night thinking that might help sine it would have the whole day to do what it needed to but it didn’t matter so I discontinued putting it on. I just couldn’t deal with the racing heart when I just wanted to sleep so badly. I’m sad this didn’t work out since I liked that I wasn’t losing as much hair. Stinks that I had to throw away an unfinished product.

I would give this 5 stars but with this second order the cream comes out too fast/too much with one pump. Seems a bit watery so I have to try to use like half a pump for a normal amount. First bottle lasted me over 7 months (one pump a day and skipping while on my period). I’m 52 and it has absolutely helped my hot flashes, sleep and mood. My regular doctor said her best friend is a holistic doctor and specializes in peri/menopause and she recommends it. I tell all my friends about it. It really has improved my life .

This product has saved my life and my families life lol. I have used other progesterone cream in the last 8 months and was very happy with one but they discontinued it forcing me to find something else just as good. I have tried one other in-between but was not satisfied. I continued to do research and read reviews. I usually don't write reviews but felt it necessary this time because that is the one thing that got me to try this life saver of a product. And of course remember with any natural product we are all built differently and may require some tweaking on how much to use and when to use it. I use this twice a day. Once in the morning and once before bed. The smell is not bad to me. Smells like maple syrup. It has calmed my night sweats and hopefully in time will delete them completely. My mood is so much better, my energy levels are soaring and the biggest thing on top of it all. My swelling and water retentions has disappeared. I have only been using this brand for two days now and absolutely feel this is my saving grace. I will update this review if there are any changes in my opinion. But for now I'm LOVING it!!!!
