NOW Foods Supplements, Cal-Mag DK with Vitamin D-3 and Vitamin K-2, Supports Bone Health*, 180 Capsules

No complaints. This is exactly what it's supposed to be and does what it's supposed to do. If anyone has issues with these capsules, maybe they're not consuming enough sodium or water or food with it. I have two ways that I consume these:1) I open the capsule and pour half of it into some warm water, always with lots of high quality, natural salt.2) Sometimes I just swallow one or two capsules whole while I'm having a meal.I always take it in conjunction with Life Enhancement Potassium Basics, which I consume in the exact same manner. If the weather is hot, I'll take twice as much of the Cal-Mag as usual because it decreases circulation and therefore helps to cool me down.I also like to add half of one of those 5-hour energy shots to keep me awake at work and I have not noticed any bad reaction by doing that.I wouldn't take it before bed, because the Vitamin D may keep you up for a while, as it's somewhat of a stimulant. Instead, I take ZMA before bed, which helps me sleep as well.I recommend keeping it in the fridge because the colder it is, the less bacterial growth you will have in the bottle. Extra bottles can be stored in the freezer.

My doctor told me to start taking this. It's doing the job to up my calcium levels.

Alright, all I have to say is that these things are great. I had the thing going on with my teeth where they started turning transparent due to drinking highly acidic things like black coffee and tea that strips your enamel of the normal white color. Well after reading multiple websites that stated this issue is IRREVERSIBLE and that I have ruined my teeth and only dental procedures would provide a solution, I finally came across a BLOG or FORUM (don't remember which) where people were talking about the issue and one woman stated that she started taking a calcium/magnesium supplement that also had vitamins D3 and K (which help the body absorb the cal/mag) and her teeth started going back to normal. I bought these, I took them for ONLY TWO WEEKS (and I'm not kidding, literally 14 days) and the white in my teeth started filling back in and now they look almost completely back to normal, they way they used to. So these things are awesome and obviously they work. I wish I could have taken before and after pictures for you, but I didn't. The ONLY bad side is that the daily dose is 6 capsules...not cool...but I've only been taking 4 a day for 14 days and I've gotten the results I just mentioned. Woohoo! Savior supplements.

My blood tests are where they should be so I am very happy with these.

I like the fact that only two capsules are needed to get the recommended dose. Works very good compared to taking 4 to six capsules.
